Preview episodes DB, what release?
Hi, I am searching legal distribution of Dragon Ball (not Z...) with preview episodes subtitles at the end. Funimation released has it??
Re: Preview episodes DB, what release?
They've never released a version with the previews intact, unfortunately.
I'm not sure about other international releases. The only version I know with certainty has them is the Japanese Dragon Box, though obviously those aren't subtitled.

Well, if you get the Japanese Dragon Box and the Blue Bricks, you can use Dragon Radar to combine the subtitles from the Blue Bricks with the Japanese Dragon Box video. The previews wouldn't have subs(At least... Not all of the episodes IIRC), but you'd have the previews there to see.
The point of Dragon Ball is to enjoy it. Never lose sight of that.

Re: Preview episodes DB, what release?
It would be kind of cool if someone could translate the next episode previews from the Dragon Boxes. That would be pretty cool. Until then, there's just no way to get English subtitles of next episode previews.
Re: Preview episodes DB, what release?
Oh my god, it is really interesting. My question is what release has NEP subtitles, for you answer is Blue Bricks (I thought that episodes from 31 to 71 is missing). I have subtitles with NEP from french release but I dont understand it (but I had translated ). The release from my country has subtitles on NEP but are really inaccurate and/or wrongs.Robo4900 wrote:Well, if you get the Japanese Dragon Box and the Blue Bricks, you can use Dragon Radar to combine the subtitles from the Blue Bricks with the Japanese Dragon Box video. I think that english releases would had subtitles on NEP. Thanks to all for your answers.

And the French boxes. Not sure about Chinese and Spanish releases.Cipher wrote:They've never released a version with the previews intact, unfortunately.

Re: Preview episodes DB, what release?
Spain's DVDs (not to be confused with Latin American releases, if those even exist) have the previews, too.

I know, i know. Let me that I quoted myself.Puto wrote:Spain's DVDs (not to be confused with Latin American releases, if those even exist) have the previews, too.

Re: Preview episodes DB, what release?
I didn't see any inaccuracies in the Spanish DVD subs myself, weird name spelling aside.

Re: Preview episodes DB, what release?
I had translated NEP of french and english subtitles, and NEP spanish dont match in very cases. "That you do not see it does not mean that it does not exist."Puto wrote:I didn't see any inaccuracies in the Spanish DVD subs myself
Not comment, out of interest., weird name spelling aside.

I've seen the Spanish subtitles and I'm with Puto on this one. Could you write some examples?overdrive wrote:I had translated NEP of french and english subtitles, and NEP spanish dont match in very cases. I don't fully get what you're trying to say ("out of interest" doesn't seem right here), but it sounds kind of rude.overdrive wrote:Not comment, out of interest., weird name spelling aside.

Yes, I could but your first reaction is to contradict me without being japanese native speakers (Neither I am, but I am basing on english and french translation. And you???), moving away from the main topic of the thread. Certainly, I have nothing to show them but you can "see" discussions about it. If you still show skepticism for my perfect, I will continue my life like for now.I've seen the Spanish subtitles and I'm with Puto on this one. Could you write some examples?
The interpretation is free, you are doing it.I don't fully get what you're trying to say ("out of interest" doesn't seem right here), but it sounds kind of rude.

Now I'm positive you're just rude. The language barrier makes it a bit weird to tell, but thankfully, I can bypass it.overdrive wrote:Yes, I could but your first reaction is to contradict me without being japanese native speakers (Neither I am, but I am basing on english and french translation. I have not qualified to nobody, who is rude, I? who came to a thread not bring anything? You are a flammer and has been reported to the moderator.UltimateHammerBro wrote:Now I'm positive you're just rude. Re: Preview episodes DB, what release?
Both of you are at fault here. While UltimateHammerBro's above post insulting you is also frowned upon, his other responses have been relatively polite and asking for more information for the conversation. However, while I'm sure the language barrier has some part to play, your posts seem worded to incite agitation and you pridefully criticized him rather than oblige and help further the discussion.overdrive wrote:I have not qualified to nobody, who is rude, I? who came to a thread not bring anything? Remember, shonen attitudes here so account strikes don't need to be issued.
Re: Preview episodes DB, what release?
I will not be who contradicts a moderator (and with this message I close the discussion for my side), I just need that understand that is really irritating that other people are able to deny my statements without providing anything that confirms his words but nevertheless I am required by evidence it, and more when it is a subject different with the origin of the thread.
And on two occasions I have to put up with being called rude, when he can not prove the intentionality of my words, being mere conjectures. However, I had left a link in which we are talking about the NEP of episode 70 of DB that has an erroneous translation in Spanish, proving that my statement is true.
Sincerely, "a fire does not burn if you put fuel". Greetings.
