In Z he was cocky and not serious maybe something happend to someone or becuase merged Zamasu is really strong that Vegetto takes it seriously...

Well unlike Buuhan, this guy is a Potara Fusion too. And since Goku Black alone was already a SSJ Blue + Tier. And Zamasu is pretty battle capable aswell because of his immortality, it's not weird to deduce that this fusion will give Vegetto a hard time.

It looks like it from the preview and makes sense too - I mean he's gonna fight against a fused character, it's bound to be more or less an equal fight. A stomp would be a bit anti-climatic.
What I know for sure is that I'll be disappointed if he doesn't go "Kore ga Sūpā Bejitto da!" again

Vegetto is a smart motherfucker. Most Movie 12 Gogeta fanboys think Vegetto plays around too much, yet they forget everything he did was full of purpose. Also, he never met his peer, since he was so high above Super Buu it wasn't even funny.
