I didn't say any candidate's name nor make any judgement one way or the other.

If all the media you like to normally consume is offering you these alternative viewpoints to your own way of thinking and the way you voted, that's a pretty strong indication that the people you look up to either aren't who you thought they were, or maybe you want to set aside some time to think about your own viewpoints more in depth.

It doesn't make sense to ask something to not dwell on politics, and then go off yourself on a particular personal political view. That makes it seem that you are asking them that, not because you don't want it to dwell on politics, but because you don't want it to dwell on a particular political view.

However, a member of their audience that watches their content for fun and entertainment, which is, after all, the purpose of their content from the start, has a perfectly valid opinion in preferring that their content remains fun and entertainment and doesn't dwell on politics. Just because something is important, like politics, it doesn't mean that a person prefers to see it in every little thing he sees/reads/hears when that is not really the purpose of what he is seeing/reading/hearing, nor that he doesn't have a valid opinion if he prefers not to.

VegettoEX and rereboy both have valid points here. I too have been avoiding certain sites and media to get my mind off things. Several times I've asked in the past two days if "blank" talked about "this" and if I should skip it for now.

But given the current events, it's going to hard to avoid any political talk, no matter who you voted for. Even your favorite vids or podcast hosts will state their opinion one way or another. In my opinion, it's best just to avoid certain media sites for a week or two. People will probably be talk about this from time to time long after but maybe not as much. It's just something to accept and hope it doesn't completely kill your enjoyment of what you like to watch.

As such, people have to be strong and true to themselves but also keep an open mind and open heart to things that are and will come. How you guys conciliate TFSGaming and other stuff you guys do with DBZ Abridged? I'm asking mainly because there are a bunch of ignorant people on YouTube that says you guys do have a lot of time to do gaming that could be spent on doing more episodes how silly of them

just kidding, but in fact about that, how do you handle the pressure of Movie 8 being one of the most awaited TFS parodies since you guys started this? The time has finally come, are you putting a lot of effort to be one of the greatest movie parodies ever, better than Movie 5 or just do the thing and expect to most people enjoy?

We aren't going to stop talking about our personal ideas, beliefs, etc. in unscripted videos. These videos are us, sharing our thoughts about these games and the world. We're also not using it as a soap box. When the entire point of these videos is us having fun while playing games, once in a while you talk about your personal opinions on the world around you. Especially when it's got such a huge effect on all of us. It's ultimately your call whether or not you stick around for what we say and what we think, but we're not stopping.

Nick "Lanipator" Landis, Kirran "LordMoonstone" Somerlade, William "GrantBTW" Grant, Curtis "Takahata101" Arnott, and Christopher Zito work on the gaming content with Lawrence "MasakoX" Simpson and Michael "1Kids Hecht. We have scheduled scripting sessions that are not impeded by their recording, I direct everyone for the series, and I edit it myself. So none of the gaming content interferes with DBZA; we have things scheduled to keep the flow of content coming at a reasonable rate. Unfortunately, life is a total unpredictable bitch at times.

We're trying to do our best with Broly. It's a difficult movie to approach from the same angle we have with other films. In the end, we'll do our best and hope people enjoy what we produce.

The TFS Gaming channel is literally them playing games while talking about whatever comes to mind. It hardly seems unreasonable that they might end up discussing the election a lot these days. I mean I wouldn't know, apart from their Pokémon runs and Nekopara I haven't really gotten into any of their LP series (Kinda weird too, I enjoyed the hell out of Nekopara but all the other games in the Yes! Yes! Love Adventure Go! series haven't really grabbed me in the same way...), but yeah. If you're watching unscripted videos where people just talk about stuff... Trump's probably gonna come up one way or the other.
