Congratulations to all of us. For the first time ever, we have a pretty good calculation as to what will happen in this arc! We're all expecting more or less the same thing to happen now. (Though not in detail ofcourse)

In Short: Vegetto is so powerful that he manages to beat Merged Zamasu. But since he's immortal his soul lives on.(in the living world) even though his body was destroyed. And then he somehow seems to DEFUSE into Goku and Vegeta again. (Plot plot plot) and Trunks will do something(which i haven't figured out yet, since i don't care about him) and then when all hope seems lost.. Goku finds something in his Pocket... The Zeno Button!!!! goodbye Zamasu.

I am looking forward to the fight being so brutal that Zamasu's body is completely destroyed, yet the little fucker keeps on ticking by spreading his essence across the sky. Such tenacity! (though I guess since he's immortal, he doesn't really have a choice but to keep surviving no matter what ) I feel like people's predictions that he'll have to become Omni-King's eternal playmate are probably correct...that would honestly be more satisfying than him just being erased because of the Omni-King willing him out of existence.

I'd be happy with that resolution. Zamasu trapped as the Omni-King's eternal playmate would be a fitting and very Toriyama-style punishment for him.

1. For Vegito's weakness we were never given a reason why they diffused inside of Buu but maybe something to do with bad air inside of Buu, it would be a retcon but with foreshadowing so maybe their fusion can't stay permanent because of that?

2. I always believed that at some point when Goku and Vegeta did become as strong as they could be we would get one more fight between the two and then Pan, Bra and Goku's third son(Gohan and Goten are fine as people but I always felt Goku needed a son like him) could be the new characters.

Goten was the son that was supposed to be like Goku. If Toriyama thought something like that would work, Goten wouldn't have fallen into total irrelevance.

The "bad air" excuse was total BS in the Boo Arc, I would be so disappointed if something like that happened again.

Vegetto seemingly being so quick almost makes it seem like a Toei thing...until I realised just how much they're trying to sell him already. So even if it's a Toei thing, it's a Toei thing that they care immensely about. Which begs the question as to why they wouldn't drag it out...? God, I don't even know.

Not a fan of the Zeno button being THE deciding factor that saves everyone, if it is. Let's put it this way: if Zeno shows up and destroys Zamasu with no consequences, that'll mean every single arc of Dragon Ball Super has ended in an anticlimax where everyone is saved by the whims of the gods. It is actually getting repetitive. If we're following Goku and Vegeta around, we need to actually start seeing them succeed in this new god-filled world on their own and not just have the gods solve all their problems for them.

People already are upset about other ways, but idk why. I only said that because it happened before already.
