Going by the anime, Toei has Goku say that Oob has "just been born" before the U6 tournament. Using the movies' dates means he'd be 4~5, which isn't "just been born" in the slightest but, if we use the "some months after" line in the rough draft for episode 1's script, then he'd be 1~2, which is pushing it but makes more sense.

Of course, being a mistake is still possible/likely but I'd like to think that whoever wrote the dialogue for that episode and wanted Oob to be mentioned checked how far in the timeline they were. Oob's age is easy to remember since he's supposed to have been born right after Boo died.

I think they're going to just retcon the 5 years line or something. Ideally ignoring EoZ and just making it so everyone's older and there is a tournament with Uub as the goal to get too would be the best option.

Looks like summoning Shenron, probably to bring back people in Trunks' future. But that would mean we're a year after the Champa arc, unless they brought the Namekian balls to Earth.

Not necessarily, Shenlong can be summoned only 4 months after his appearance if you didn't use all of the wishes.

Calling it: they ask Shenron to ressurect everybody on Trunks' timeline and he lacks the power to do so. Thus setting up a search for the Super Dragon Balls on Universes 7 and 6.

I'm telling you guys, I really feel like the arc following hot off the heels of the Zamasu arc might just be a Super Dragon Balls arc, in a similar manner to DBGT's Black Star Dragon Balls arc. Maybe both Shenron AND Porunga don't have the power to resurrect people from completely different timelines/parallel dimensions, and Shenron himself suggest that they talk to his "predecessor", Super Shenron, to grant their wish, since he seems to have no limitations to his power, sending Goku and co. off into space to look for the Super DBs between Universes 6 and 7.

Does Shenny have that sort of power? Maybe it's Super Shenny? But either way yeah I guess some Post-Black arc clean up should be expected.

They used the Earth's Dragon Balls back in the Champa Saga, but made no wishes on them since Shenron couldn't find the last Super Dragon Ball. So they wouldn't have to wait a year to be reused.

It would be cool to revisit the fighters from Universe 6 and see how much they have changed since the tournament.

Also db-z.com reported there is a rumoured synopsis that says:
"It's about a gathering of Dragon Ball, and resurrection of KAIOS and a wish that concerns Kame-Senin and C-18."
