Re: "(Super) Dragon Ball Heroes" Official Discussion Thread
They started us off with a rather unexpected What-If, so that's a bonus I guess. Besides that? I generally like everything I've seen about the game's upgrades and we haven't be able to witness the "story" in action yet, so there's not much to comment on for me. My biggest concerns are mostly aesthetic.ShadowBardock89 wrote:So, what is your opinion of Super DBH compared to the original game?
1.) I'm not a fan of the graphics. The shading is weird and I really wish they had used this opportunity to discard Dimps' Budokai models (though I understand why they didn't; that's a lot of characters to remake).
2.) I hope the people recording the missions don't miss anything important while playing, now that the arcade machine has a lower display screen. I don't know what all will be shown on the bottom screen, but since players now have to use their hands for the cards and touch actions, the camera may remain even more stationary.

Well my little theory of SSJ3 Raditz hair getting shorter is now caput. I knew it made no sense, but oh well.

Does Raditz'sin in game model have crazy long hair or is it just that card image? If it's just the card image I wouldn't take that too seriously since there's that ssj3 Gogeta image and ssj3 Trunks image that have way more hair than your average ssj3 for no reason.

Seems we have at least 3 dialogue missions this time in the Demon God Towa Arc (of the grander Dark Empire Arc):TheDevilsCorpse wrote:In-game confirmation that SS3 Raditz has a hair problem. The tips of his golden locks clip through the stage floor, even when he floats.

Look at the clips people have posted or the picture Xeogran posted. He does have crazy long hair.Travis Touchdown wrote:Does Raditz'sin in game model have crazy long hair or is it just that card image? Speaking of Dimps models, has anyone ever extracted the Budokai and Tenkaichi Budokai models for outside game use?
Also Raditz is no longer the weakest. That title belongs to Nappa or Tarble... I don't know which.

Based on the notion that Tarble escaped from a Freeza level foe?Steven Bloodriver wrote:Nappa should be weaker than Tarble.GTx10 wrote:Speaking of Dimps models, has anyone ever extracted the Budokai and Tenkaichi Budokai models for outside game use?

Demon God Towa - So, how is it? This body that got the power of a Demon God?TheDevilsCorpse wrote:Seems we have at least 3 dialogue missions this time in the Demon God Towa Arc (of the grander Dark Empire Arc):
Trunks: Xeno - Towa! The power of a Demon God, you say? I feel a tremendous power... Be careful!
Demon God Towa - It seems you also got a little stronger but... you can't beat us with that level. Keep on struggling!
Trunks: Xeno - Wait! Towa! ... She got away.
-----
Trunks: Xeno - I won't let this world be conquered by the Dark Empire!
Demon God Towa - I see, you'll stand in my way no matter where...! This is where I'll bring you down! Prepare yourself!
Demon God Towa - Ku... I'll retreat for now! But remember this, the Dark Empire will surely conquer all! Ohohoho...
Trunks: Xeno - She got away...! This looks like it'll be a long battle... Please lend me your strength again when the Dark Empire army attacks next!
-----
Trunks: Xeno - The fight with the Dark Empire army will be even more fierce from now on. Will you train with me and help prepare for that time? ... Thanks! Let's not go easy on each other!
Might as well post this:
Producer Higuchi: What is the highlight of "Future Trunks arc"?
Nozawa-san: I say this every time, but it's all of it! That's what I think when watching it.
Horikawa-san: Even watching by myself (after the recording is over), I get excited.
Nozawa-san: Let me step in and say that I get irritated with the enemy (Goku Black)!
Producer Higuchi: What about Trunks?
Horikawa-san: As his father, I think he's a truly wonderful son. Maybe it has to do with his upbringing. *laughter*
Tsubasa: Is it really hard to play both roles?
Nozawa-san: I've never thought it was hard. That's because I become that role when I see the picture. But, Goku Black really gets on my nerves.
Tsubasa: In Goku and Goku Blacks' fight, whose feelings are you fighting with?
Nozawa-san: Usually, I get angry and fight feeling like Goku, but I get a little cocky in those scenes where Goku Black is acting all superior.

How can you have this huge list of obscures characters and forget Yakon? C`mon Yakon was in the Z part of the story! We have some random Paragus hencmen in-game and no Yakon. No in-game Yakon drives me mad. This game makes no sense.Rinsankajugin wrote:Alright, as far as I know, here's the amount of character that still are NOT in Heroes:

Is there a animated clip showing SSJ3 Raditz?
Re: "(Super) Dragon Ball Heroes" Official Discussion Thread
This is the best clip I can find so far of Vegito Blue in action: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_yeerp2I5Bw
NOA is a pretty well-known youtuber in the DBH community so it was only a matter of time before he released some Vegito gameplay.
As you can see his team is basically just revolving around Tarble by using his passive ability to buff up everyone else during Round 1. This is a different strategy than what I had originally envisioned for Vegito Blue but he is just so overpowered that it does not really matter from what angle you decide to destroy your opponent.
At 4:30 you can see Vegito's Lock-on Card Action Ability go into effect, which to reiterate, increases Super Attack damage by 3x. NOA decides to partner this ability with Hit's Lock-on ability that reduces the targeted enemy's Guard to 0 for the current round.
At 4:45 the Battle Power measurements are shown, and you will notice that NOA's team has an extremely high Battle Power (42,599). This is mainly due to HGD7-SEC1 Gotenks: Xeno's passive ability that adds the sum of his Power and Guard stats directly to Battle Power in Round 2. Why does Gotenks have so much Power to contribute to Battle Power you may ask? The answer is because of Tarble. Tarble is considered by most people to be the most overpowered and broken unit in the game. His passive ability increases the Power stat of all allies by 5,000 each time he is attacked. Since Merged Zamasu attacks 3 times during Round 1 in this mission, that directly translates to 15,000 additional, permanent Battle Power for every unit on NOA's team. This is why you will often see Tarble tanking enemy attacks as a solo attacker during Round 1. This additional Power gained by Gotenks thanks to Tarble will then be added to Battle Power, therefore gaining NOA's team 10 Energy, which triggers Vegito Blue's passive ability.
At 5:47 Vegito Blue's passive activates, further increasing the damage of his Super Attack and reducing the enemy team's Energy to 0. This effect combined with his Lock-on ability's 3x Super Attack damage increase, Hit's Lock-on skill that reduced the enemy's Guard to 0, and Tarble's 15,000 Power boost is enough to completely incinerate Merged Zamasu. 69,014 from a single unit's Super Attack in Round 2. That kind of damage is complete insanity, but I still believe that a team revolving around a more aggressive approach to take further advantage of Vegito Blue's passive skill would be more efficient simply because the Power boost from Tarble is overkill in my opinion.
That's it for my analysis on this video. Tomorrow I want to show you guys a team that I think would be an overall better fit for Vegito.

Huh. So Raditz's hair is crazy long. That's funny since that's in direct contradiction to Berserker's SSJ3 hair not growing.
