Strongest Mecha Bulma could build?

How strong do you guys think a mecha built by current Bulma could be and what would their characteristics be?

Remember, she had access to the Androids blueprints and #16 body. She also created the shrinking device. With five years old she produced a ray-gun capable of generating a huge explosion.

Maybe something around SSJ God? I don't want to overestimate but the cyborgs were stornger than SSJ yet they didn't even have intel to kmow what SSJ are. Bulma is probably smart enough to ise Goku and Vegeta's data to make something really strong.

I have difficulty imagining Bulma building anything drastically stronger than #16 (the idea of Bulma building a robot with power up there in the Super Saiyan God range is just insane -- as far as future Bulma's super-powered bullet goes, I don't think that was something that could seriously be a threat for SSjGod level characters unless they were powered-down and caught off guard at the time, just like what happened with Goku vs. Sorbet's ring)... though considering how she was able to fix him up to perfect condition in such a short time, I'm sure she'd be able to come up with another #16-level robot or maybe one somewhat stronger if given more time (months/maybe years?) to poke around with the blueprints and figure out how Gero's stuff worked on a deeper level.

Killer robots aren't really her specialty, and as far as we've seen they're not something she's ever worked with aside from repairing #16 and making a shutdown controller for #17 and #18 based on Gero's blueprints. I don't see any reason to assume she'd just magically FAR surpass Dr. Gero's life's work the first time she made an attempt, and I'm pretty sure what you can do power-wise with "normal" technology is much more limited than what you can do with ki (hence Cell ending up so much more powerful than the other Androids once he went past his Imperfect form -- a biological base with its own natural ki, a drive to become stronger, and the ability to grow further is just plain better than a mechanical one once you get beyond a certain point), or especially god ki (God Cell would be something really scary if it ever somehow happened.) There's going to be a point where she just can't make her robot any stronger with the materials available to her on Earth, so unless she wants to create another Cell-like monstrosity using Goku and/or Vegeta's god-ki-infused cells rather than just a machine she'll hit a wall.

Based on the fact that Gero's android designs were difficult for Bulma and Dr. Briefs to understand, I'd say she could probably make a Mecha around the power of Mecha Frieza, King Cold, or SS Future Trunks (first time Z-fighters meet him).

First off Gero making Androids that strong is impossible. They have infinite energy plus they are stronger then Frieza a tyrant with enough power to blow up planets. Explain to me where any human mad scientist or not get this energy plus the infinite source from?

City busting is the only thing i can see Bulma making. It is out if her league for Bulma to make anything stronger than that unless she had Vegeta or Goku put all their energy in a chamber put it in a core and then put it in a mecha.

Why can't Bulma become better than Dr.Gero? You guys are taking that statement with a closed mind. Dr.Briefs was able to use a Saiyan vessel to build a superior spaceship and he didn't have that capability before.
Why can't Bulma evolve? If Goku can become stronger, Bulma can become smarter and more knowledgeable.
