Fan Works Explosion

HAY GUYZ LOLSPLOSHUN

Quick question for a fanart. What would be a good title for a piece that depicts the unpleasant aftermath of Freeza's troops trying to take out a newly Shinseiju fruit-powered young Tullece?

I'm thinking something like "No, Thanks," or "Not Quite Good Enough," or something along those lines.

I'm thinking of writing a Dragonball fan fiction. Here is what I have so far.

- Set After Z

- I see it as dragoball very kid friendly , dbz more serious So this will be more serious and less humour

- Garlic Jr saga , movies and Gt did not happen. So I can reuse some of that stuff. Planning to reuse Cooler , Brolly , SSJ4 and Pan but in different ways to movies and gt.

- All text as I can not draw dbz characters.

Where can I host it? and are you guys interested in reading it? (on another site I do fanfic no one replies and it makes me think , Why bother?)

I would suggest the MFG forums but... their Fanfiction board is pretty much dead these days. Kind of sad, really. That place was jumping back when I first started posting there.

So really, the best places to stick any fanfiction would be on Fanfiction.net and, of course, the Randomness Boards (link in sig) though you'll likely need to cut up the chapters since Proboards has suck post length restrictions I apparently can't adjust. So maybe posting to FFnet and then linking from the boards on Randomness would be better. Whichever, it's up to you.

ALSO!

All of you fanart people should go join Randomness too! You can post your Fanart in your own unique thread on the Fanart boards (and it doesn't have to be just DBZ related!) which will make it easier to be found. Plus, if you draw original stuff, there's an image board you can post that on!

Come on folks! Everyone says how they want an off-topic area so go use it!

Just wondering...

If I were to write a series of one-shot adventures starring primarily Pan and Uub, would anybody be interested in helping me turn it into a series of fanmanga?

First one-shot: One year after the 28th budokai, Pan and Uub are nearly completed their training with Goku. Meanwhile, the poverty of Uub's hometown is reaching critical levels, especially now that Goku and Pan keep eating all their food. Thinking it would be a fun way to train, Goku gets the Dragon Radar and tells Uub to have Shenron give his town a ton of money. Meanwhile, Pilaf is making one last bid for the DBs and Bulma, wanting to look younger, has sent Vegeta to get the DBs first, never dawning on her that she just gave Goku a radar and that she can use one of the two unused wishes. Fearing Bulma's wrath, Vegeta ends up being the primary villain for this arc.

Second one-shot: A few months later, Rou Kaioshin bumps into Dabura in Heaven. Wondering what such a villain is doing outside of Hell, Kaioshin explains that Dabura was the ruler of the Demon Realm. Confused, Rou Kaioshin asks how that could be, explaining there was initially a fifth Kaioshin, whose task it was to make sure Demons never crossed into the regular mortal realm. Since no fifth Kaioshin is in Heaven, they assume he must be still in the demon realm, and decide to organize a rescue attempt. Goku says no, figuring the strongest demon will only be as strong Dabura, who is no match for any of the Saiyans. Instead, he sees this as another excellent training oppurtunity for Pan and Uub, so they go with Kaioshin instead. Abrakka, Dabura's older brother, will be the villain for this one-shot.

Final one-shot: While Pan and Uub were in the Demon Realm, Bra had reached training age. With the 29th budokai just around the corner, Vegeta figures the perfect way to test her strength would be to enter her in the tournament. Goku feels the same way about Pan and Uub, so they enter, too. However, things become interesting when a familiar blue fighter named "C-6" manages to eliminate Mr Boo in the first round.

Anything can work when written properly. Hell, my Altered History series is a complete re-write of all of DBZ including pretty much every movie villain.

Ok i've plotted it out and I'm currently working on "Dragonball Alpha"

They are different to GT's film. Not sure how much different but they are Goten and Trunk's kids.

If I could make Shadow Clones, I would totally make them go to class for me.

...and since anything they learn or experience gets transfered to me after they poof away, it'd actually work!

And yeah, that title kinda sucked. -_- The idea of a fruit pun hadn't crossed my mind, though, so thanks anyhoo.

I went with Xyex's idea for the name. It was better than anything I could think up.

This one was sparked by the recent conversation about what happened to other Saiyan babies out on planets, and how it came up about how Freeza probably sent troops to take them out. I got to thinking, "Hmmm, how'd Tullece escape?" because all my brain can think of in terms of DbZ right now is Movie 3... @_@

...and yeah, I've started actually putting things on my DeviantArt that I've had for about two years now...

Thanks. Very nice and destructive picture! Hmm, a disclaimer about kids and the necessary amounts of fruits and vegetables in their diet would be nice...j/k Good job..
