Some HUGE plotholes (or inconsistencies) in last weeks episode
I'm surprised nobody's mentioned it yet, (or at least not that i've seen ofcourse xD) the points being:
Zeno agreeing to go into a freaking TIME Machine with Goku!? Isn't that the biggest violation one could ever make!? And these rules should obviously be governed and been made up by Omni-King himself. The supreme ruler of the multiverse!! WTF! I'm surprised Beerus didn't get a heart attack after seeing Zeno coming out of a freakin Time Machine!
2. Present Zeno and Future Zeno not recognising eachother.. WTF!? Aren't they supposed to be all knowing? "Goku! Who's this!?" uhm.. haven't you ever looked in the mirror Zeno-sama..? Don't you even know that there's a future counterpart for every character.?? I don't know about you guys, but these are some valid points.
3. Future Omni-King not knowing ANYTHING about what's happened in his world... (all the Gods have been wiped out) just to name a few. I think this was all VERY poorly written..
But yes, i did like and enjoy this episode! So no complaining about that. But i just feel like Toriyama is getting worse and worse with the inconsistensies as time goes by..
What are your thoughts?

These are not plot holes. A plot hole is a gap or inconsistency in a storyline that goes against the flow of logic established by the story's plot. Such inconsistencies include such things as illogical or impossible events, and statements or events that contradict earlier events in the storyline:GodVegetto91 wrote:I'm surprised nobody's mentioned it yet, (or at least not that i've seen ofcourse xD) the points being:

1. Future Zen'o most likely didn't give two craps since he just blow up the timeline and has nothing else to do. Also, the only people who said Zen'o may get mad about time traveling was Whis. Zen'o hasn't shown he cares about time laws or any laws. We also don't know who made the time rule. The only thing said about Zen'o is that rules all, not make the rules.
2. It was never said or implied that Zen'o was all knowing. That was just a fan theory, along with there only being one Zen'o that rule all of time. Which turned out to be false. And show says he ever looked in a mirror?
3. That isn't a plot hole. It's an explained event. It has never established that Zen'o knew what was going on or really cared what was happening. As far as we know, his guards kept him in the dark so he wouldn't waste everything like he did.
In other words, an event not being fully explained isn't a plot hole. Nor fan theory go awry.

There is no plothole. Zeno is an extremely powerful idiot. He is not an "all powerful, all knowing god" or something like that.

None of this are plot holes. Zeno was never said to be omniscient, nor he was said to watch over everything. He's not Zuno. If somebody's fanfic is destroyed by the outcome they did not expect, doesn't make it a plot hole
Toyotarō: … I get the feeling I’ve just heard something amazing (laughs). Lord Beerus and Whis turn up in Dragon Ball Super, and have become an unsurpassable wall for Goku and the gang. What do the two of them mean to you?
Toriyama: Well… First off, right now I don’t have any plans for Goku and Vegeta to surpass Beerus and Whis.

Why does everyone who doesn't understand something or don't get an explanation for something just throw around the term plothole?

Come on guys! Read! In my title it clearly says (or inconsistencies!) if you're going to attack me on something make sure you have read everything.!
As for the counter arguments posted above by the first commenter of this thread. They're poor. All my points were perfectly valid. It make NO sense for Omni-King to be so uninformed, ignorant (or clue-less) and not give a fuck about Time travel. You say he's just the ruler.. he didn't make these rules up.. uhm, okay? Isn't that what multiversal rulers are supposed to do? Make up rules. All of your counter arguments were completely irrational, it makes no sense for Omni-King to do what he did. You can't justify or support straight up inconsistencies.

Unless you know the inner workings of Zen'o world, he can't say it doesn't make sense he doesn't know something. Especially if he was purposely being kept in the dark so he doesn't waste the timeline. And you can rule something and give two craps about actually ruling. It happens all the time in real life.GodVegetto91 wrote:Come on guys! Read! And you still misused the word plot hole. It isn't an inconsistencies since most of what fans assumed they know about Zen'o is assumption or stuff they made up.
