Pretty sure it's completely fake. No Toei logo. The previous fakes about Cabba at least looked legit.

Yeah, I can't see it either. I even went to halfchan /a/ to look for it. There's a Super thread in there and I am rolling, but I can't find the image you're describing.

It depends on what definition you're using tbh. If it's to please the fans then super is obviously fan service. I've honestly never understood why people complained about this kind of fan service, they're SUPPOSED to be pleasing the fans.

That can be said for pretty much every anime series so there's really no reason to single Super out like other series weren't meant to please fans. That's the only reason Dragon Ball even exists as an anime.

Sure, aside from money, which is really what it all comes back to. Vegetto was likely only brought back so as to produce toys, figures, etc, and therefore to make more money.

While true but I think appearing does help though. Kids will be like oh yeah I saw X to transform in #episode Super and proceeds to buy said toy in the shop.

Having new content to base toys on for existing characters is definitely a big thing. Selling the same outfits and forms over and over again is only going to do so much, but having brand new stuff for fan favorite characters can only help sales.

No, but to reiterate what Baggie_Saiyan wrote, said product would sell better if it was based on new or recently aired content, because more kids would recognize it.
