How does Super Hatchiyack compare to Majin Vegeta? Would Broly as a Super Saiyan 4 prompt Frieza to go all-out?

2) If Super Saiyan 4 Broly had appeared before First Form Frieza in Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F just after the latter had brought Gohan down, who would have won?

1) Super Hatchiyack would get demolished by Majin Vegeta, he's only slightly higher than FP Perfect Cell.

2) Depends on the multiplier you use, I'll address both. First, let's be generous and assume Broly's base is 100 million. Frieza is able to demolish SSJ Gohan who is capable of using some of the power he had in his ultimate state, and I have Ultimate Gohan at 80 billion, so let's lowball Frieza:
SSJ Gohan: 40 billion
Frieza: 52 billion
Ultimate Gohan: 80 billion

Now, for SSJ4 Broly:
500x:
Broly would obtain a power level of 50,000,000,000. Nearly as strong as Frieza, so he could indeed force First Form Frieza to go all out. He would get oneshotted by Final Form Frieza, though.

4,000x:
Broly would obtain a power level of 400,000,000,000. Much stronger than First Form Frieza, but still nothing to Final Form Frieza. He could defeat Frieza if he manages to kill him before he transforms. He could also take out a hypothetical 2nd form and 3rd form Frieza as well.

Broly as a Legendary Super Saiyan has a power level of 1,400,000,000 according to V-Jump (around movie 8's timeline).
Whether you want to throw in a Zenkai for Movie 10 Broly or not is up to you.

I don't put much stock in that number, they also stated Cooler is at 470,000,000. It doesn't make much sense for Broly to be at 1.4 billion as he has to be far above the MSSJs and even if you greatly lowball then they have to be well over a billion.

I picture the gap between SSJ4 Broli and SSJ4 Goku equivalent to the gap between them both as SSJs (or "Legendary Super Saiyan" I guess since that's apparently a different form) which is pretty scary when you consider how overwhelming SSJ4 Goku was. I like that scene in Heroes where Broli's huge silhouette casts a shadow over SSJ4 Goku. Basically, SSJ4 Broli can be as strong or stronger than Shenron, who I would like to put in the same tier as Freeza's full potential, for absolutely no reason other than my subjective feelings at this particular moment. Therefore, Broli very well could defeat Freeza if the stamina issue sets in.
