I've been looking for Saikyo Jump of December, couldn't find it neither on Amazon Japan or CD Japan. I could find January 2017 issue though!

I've been looking for Saikyo Jump of December, couldn't find it neither on Amazon Japan or CD Japan. I could find January 2017 issue though!

That's because it doesn't exist! Saikyo Jump moved to a bimonthly publication schedule back in early 2013. These days, there are only January, March, May, July, September, and November issues for any given calendar year. The January 2017 issue just came out today-ish (December 2nd) in Japan.
