The funny thing is, this shot dosen't have much animation into it, it's the expressions, the closure and the feeling of absolute power behind the attacks which make this look great..

I still disagree to a certain extent though, super is okay, definitely worth the Dragonball name..
They are trying to do what they can, it's turning out to be good if you can take your own pick form both manga and the anime amd make it into your own canon..

People need to stop wanting Super to be like Z because it won't, its a different anime telling a story for the same franchise. Its like wanting Dragon ball to be like Z too or the other way around.
Just enjoy it for what it is: an entertaining anime with some cool battle scenes (as well as bad ones ) with cool old and new characters

Also worth noting that work from Super animators like Shida and Tate surpass most of old Dragon Ball in themselves. Super doesn't just have some of the worst animation in Dragon Ball History, it also has some of the best. See: Episode 66
