It seems they are gonna skip the rest of Kai and go straight into Super.

The listed time is hours before Kai currently airs, so maybe not? The show airing on Toonami is kinda weird with the whole merch push targeted at kids coming in summer.

Maybe hmmm. Would have been funny if they did the Buu episodes and didn't do the last couple of episodes and jammed Super in the timeskip.

I messed up, it's actually hours before. This is going to air at 5pm Pacific while Kai currently airs at 9pm pacific. It's basically taking the opening spot of Adult Swim, separate from the other Toonami shows.

EDIT: Buu Kai starts on the same day as Super at 9pm pacific.

So much BETTER than the last few endings. Light Pink is still my favorite ending but this one is great too. I really hope Yamamuro (?) will do this song justice.

Yamamuro didn't work on the last ED, it's unclear if he'll do this one either.

That's actually pretty good, hopefully it will have interesting visuals as well. The visuals in the current ending is pretty mediocre.

Can't believe we're getting Super on Toonami, and so fast too! I fully expected it to be next year, but like summer or so, and that it'd be on a kid's network of some sort. Then, a little ways down the line, I figured we'd get Super on Toonami after they finished Kai's Buu arc so that they could air it uncut there (and so they'd still have a Dragon Ball show on too).

I'm at a loss for words, this is too much good news at once! Though kinda sucks for me though, as I don't have satellite anymore. Be awesome if both of these show's dubbed versions got a legit stream I could check out too, HINT HINT FUNIMATION.

Sounds more like a delayed ending for the Black arc
but normally Ending themes doesn't have a meaning with the current plot, atleast in Dragon ball.

I'm just hoping it has an animation according to the lyrics, that would be interesting to see

The song itself reminds me of the first two EDs. It's got a good chill rhythm to it.

Talk about killing two birds with one stone. But I have a funny feeling that going from Super to a crappy re-cut of DBZ's Majin Boo arc might make for a jarring viewing experience for some fans. Either way, fantastic news. 2017 is gonna be one hell of a year for us Dragon Ball fans.

And to think, they're BOTH going to air on my childhood channel, CARTOON NETWORK! Well, Adult Swim, but you get the idea. Honestly, considering how CN has been working in recent years, I was a bit afraid it wasn't going to air there, and that they'd pull a Kai on us, and air it on Nick or something.

I feel like a kid again! Seriously, is it 1997 or something?
