The vague offer only exists in Battle of Gods. Dragon Ball Super doesn't reference Goku being offered the Hakaishin position after Beerus' death. The subject hasn't been brought up at all in the in the anime adaption. Furthermore, because this is probably related to your inquiry, he never offered Vegeta the position either. He said that he only trains Hakaishin. Vegeta manages to make himself an exception to the rule by feeding him instant ramen.

I was actually not serious in this post, but it's good to know that herms has a patreon.. he helps the community a lot..

It's no secret I am a struggling right now trying to make two ends meet, so when I saw I couldn't help even when I wanted to, i just naturally apologized.. I consider you all my friends, it's no biggie to apologize :D ..
