1) Having the true Ultimate Android, in his initial Perfect Form, use his Birthing Cell Juniors technique to create a clone of Teen Gohan?

2) Or have Super Perfect Cell be reincarnated as a Saiyan?

3) Finally, which of the two would have more potential?
