What I don't get is why all of the "cool" stuff is in the free add-on, and the actual paid-for DLC stuff is basically garbage. I mean it's only $20, but I could have done something else with it if they were just going to shovel trash my way.
I agree that the stuff barely warrants the price if not at all but at the same time, I'm glad the cool stuff is in the free update. They could have easily bundled all of this into the DLC pack where it would have easily warranted its price but as it stands, I'm not complaining. They even went the extra mile with Hit, not only giving him a transformation but 3 brand new supers for him.

I don't like the new Gokuu and Hit. They are way too powerfull. Hit just counters everything in close combat (he can even counter attacks in the back) and Gokuu can nonstop Z-vanish when transformed without using stamina (Evasive Moves still consume stamina though). So that means, if you play against them online and you AREN'T playing one of those two you can only rely on spamming ki blast attacks, since close combat is freaking impossible. And so far I tested it out only Hit/Gokuu can counter Gokuu/Hit. So much for "balacing things out".

Oh and for those who haven't noticed yet, speak to the Grand Elder of Namek to increase Level Cap to 85 for ALL your CaCs at once (means your first CaC does the upgrade, all the others get it at the same time too). Just saying.

Edit.: Okay, once the Level Cap will be increased to 99 (I mean it gotta happen some time) it will take some serious years to reach it. So far the best way to level is the "40 tons" super soul and do the "Revenge of the Tsufurujin" PQ over and over again. Yet alone for going from level 83 to 84 you have to do it around 6 or 7 times. And there is no way to finish it quicker than put 125 points into Ki Blast Supers, correct Outfit/QQ Bang and spam the "stuff" out of Bebi, Pan, Trunks and Gokuu...

Really annoyed that they raised the level cap. That made the grind TERRIBLE in the first game. Why would they do it again? :x

I'm actually happy they raised the cap myself. I mean, it was raised in the first one, so why not here? I also could use the extra points to make my character stronger and make it easier to pull off a few of the tougher missions quicker.

I'm also glad they raised the gap. I hit 80 so fast. I actually wouldn't mind ANOTHER increase later on. But I don't play online so I don't know how this would affect the balancing.

I really hope Champa and Vados aren't the only characters in DLC pack 2, if every pack only has 2 characters I'm going to be really disappointed.
Give us the tournament stage and some story missions too, please.

So I'm playing again for the first time in a week or more (I took a break when the grinding got a little old, even if it is easier than the first game by comparison), and quick question as this particular skill has eluded me almost longer than anything else - PQ61, The Cell Games Continued, to get Recoome Kick: is this one of the moves where you'll know you got it or not as soon as you beat Recoome, or do you not know for sure until after you've beaten the entire thing? What is the exact dropping mechanic on this one?

Oh, and I begun playing Expert Missions consecutively, starting with #4. I got up to whichever one Golden Freeza is on. Next one is Omega Shenron, which I heard has a great leap in difficulty.

Why wouldn't they? And idk if you've noticed but leveling up is much faster this time around

I don't know about anyone else, but I thought in the skills in the TP medal shop were supposed to change every weekend. I've had the same ones since the game started and its never changed. Anyone else have this issue?

1. It makes CACs more overpowered than they already are compared to cast
2. The grind to level 80 is easy, just as it was in XV1. The grind to level 99 is ridiculously stupid.
3. Why the hell didn't they just START the cap at 99 this time then?

1) CAC's are only good/competitive in PvP with extremely min-maxed builds that are entirely focused on either Ki or Striker skills. Focused Ki builds obliterate PvE, but who cares? The best pre-made characters are all around better than any CAC. Gogeta, Vegito, Cooler (Final Form), SSGSS Goku, Hit, and a handful of others are fantastic characters. Most of them have more skill points than any CAC.

2) With the amount of time people play, they'll get there anyway.

3)Because it gets people to buy DLC. Duhhh
