There is no way that would work, especially with Super's budget animation. It would literally look like shit and all the characters would be cramped.

Super has 2 months to prepare for it..
If they screw it up most likely toriyama will get mad, this is the arc which has the potential to surpass namek saga when done right..
I do not think toie would be stupid enough to screw this up..

Whatever, we all know there is gonna be a Dragonball super kai with better animation and story telling when super ends..
Best way to keep milking the franchise and give good product.. it's a win win

I highly doubt that.
When Super ends it'll either be because a new Dragon Ball show is taking its place, or because Dragon Ball isn't making enough money so they give the franchise another rest.
They're not going to waste time a resources on redoing Super right after the show ends, that'd be ridiculous, especially since Kai didn't do nearly as well as they had hoped.

I will ignore the stupidness in the story telling as long as all the characters get good fights and more than one hopefully. That is all I really care about now.

I think at the very least each universe will have 2 characters so Goku, Vegeta, Hit & Cabbe or hopefully a new U6 character for U7 & 6.

On the prospect o tournaments happening too soon, isn't this kind of usual for Dragonball by this point? And on how the tournament will be handled, since they've already taken the idea of spirit saiyan from movie 13, Ii wouldn't but it past them to take the Bojack movie's tournament structure.
Hope there's a villain in this Arc.

I think it might end up being some kind of points system for each universe for the first part of the tournament. This will then knock some universe out. Then just pure fights to the end of the 12 universe tournament.

I don't know how 10 fighters can get good screen time. The only thing I can think of is that for every fight/challenge each universe selects so many fighters but then they cant use them fighters for a while.

The final may 10 vs 10 in the format like the last tournament.

I also want to see the other 5 characters for universe 6 as surely a Namekian and Earthling will be involved.

I predict Roshi and Tenshihan will go down with no wins. I think 18 and 17 will win a fight, same with Buu, Gohan and Piccolo. Krillin could go either way.

I hope they take aboard the idea of different locations for each 'match', allowing the less powerful contestants to gain an advantage due to adaptating to their surrounds. Like battle underwater gives an advantage to someone like Buu who doesn't need to breathe.

That'll be a good way to do it and it would prevent them from letting Goku and Vegeta do all the fighting and they won't unless the had to.

I do as well, if we get a Namakian then maybe we'll get something about the book of legends (assuming it was from Toriyama).
