I don't know how 10 fighters can get good screen time. The only thing I can think of is that for every fight/challenge each universe selects so many fighters but then they cant use them fighters for a while.

I also want to see the other 5 characters for universe 6 as surely a Namekian and Earthling will be involved.

That'll be a good way to do it and it would prevent them from letting Goku and Vegeta do all the fighting and they won't unless the had to.

I do as well, if we get a Namakian then maybe we'll get something about the book of legends (assuming it was from Toriyama).

I just hope that they train with Whis amd Beerus but we do not see any power ups they gain until they fight during the tournament.

It's not going to be.

I don't see why it couldn't be. I could easily see it ending and then rebranded as something without Toriyama's name on it. I don't think they would stop making Dragonball content or a series, just ending the current storyline shenanigans and starting elsewhere with completely original content.

Thing is there's absolutely nothing that suggests last arc other than fans. It's the fandom that has set up the "oh, the Zen'ou tournament is gonna be the last arc" idea, probably because the arc has a very endgame feel to it, but it was still made up by fans. Now that the tournament is coming, people are taking that piece of fan speculation much too seriously. Sure it could be, but it's not that likely.

Boo is not more relevant than Gohan at all. Gohan's been getting a lot of attention lately actually. Piccolo looks debatable going forward bur we'll see.

This all sounds very interesting. I'm thrilled that Goten and Trunks aren't going to be involved actually.

I hope it's a different kind of tournament as opposed to the ordinary 1v1 style, it sounds like that's the case. A Hunger Games style team tournament sounds unique and fun for this series. It'd probably be a much easier way of handling the many new characters that will be involved.

I really didn't think this arc would come so soon though it sounds like an end game kind of arc.

I don't agree because we would have 5 sayajins in 10 fighters...I'd prefer to see fights with Tien, Roshi, nº 17, nº18 and Kuririn against guys with same power instead see sayajin show.
