Some don't believe that Akira can do all the 140 new character designs but they have forget that Akira was done with the Zamasu Arc 1 year ago so why
not? I mean there is much time but i think Toyotarō will help him a little bit and some others from the Dragonball Department

I'm actually very curious about the other angels - about their looks and their relationship with Whis and Vados. Maybe they are also siblings, could be interesting.
Yeah the other Gods of Destruction probably look entirely different to Beerus and Champa.

And the fighters from the other universes... could be a lot! But I would have liked it better if there was 'another Universe exploration Arc' (maybe 6 or a random one like 3) before having the tournament.

Anyway, Toriyama surely had much time to make new designs during this year.

The people celebrating the most will be Dragon ball video game developers.

The biggest ones will be the Gods of destruction and assistants along with the other 5 or 6 ( if Frost is not there) from universe 6.

Maybe the Dragon Ball Room helped Toriyama with part of the designs? Most of them are gonna be background characters anyways except for the Angels, Hakaishins and maybe 20 other important dudes from the rest of the universes.

Maybe but I doubt it. He has had plenty of time to do everything needed for this arc. When the arc starts it would have been nearly a year since he finished writing the Future Trunks arc.

We probably won't see all in action but it would be brilliant if we do.

Not even Uruseiyatsura in 10 years did so much.
Saint Seiya, with all his arcs, reached aprox. 50.
JoJo had done this in 12 years.

Toriyama having a year means nothing. Hes the man that used to play with toys all week and do all his work last second. He isnt huge into the whole working thing.

I'm not saying he hasnt been working on it but having a year isnt that much for him lol.
