Lets say Buu saga ended with Vegito killing Kid Buu . Beerus comes in years later for an SSjG . Vegito somehow gets God Ki and becomes SSG . Then he trains with Whis and becomes SSB . Then Goku and Vegeta defuses .

Would Goku and Vegeta BOTH have god Ki even if they are not strong enough individually to becomes SSB ????

The way he talks about the Kaioken at the Tournament shows that he cannot use it, and there's absolutely no indication that he's capable of using those either.

And it's related because if Vegeta can't use Vegetto's techniques and forms after defusing, there's no reason he should be able to use Vegetto's God ki.

I addressed this in the OP . Both Trunks and Goten know how to go SSj3 . But they arent even strong enough to unlock SSj2 . let alone SSj3

i dont think having ki is the same as technuiqes and transformations.
vegeta not learning kaioken doesnt mean he cant gain god ki.
but imo i dont think they get god ki since vegetto is a diffrent being.
