Is it possible to destroy the dimension Botamo uses to redirect attacks into?

Possibly but the down side is that you would need to be on the inside of that dimension to properly destroy it with Buu's Vice Shout or a god ki clash. However that could be quite dangerous.

Hypothetically speaking, the dimension could act as a storing space for all the damage Botamo would have received in his lifetime. Now think about that, if you did go there you may find yourself in a sea of collective attack damage! That could very well be fatal for most being as on top of everything that might be in there Botamo took a lot of hits and a kamehameha from base Goku, that alone would be enough to kill pretty much anyone from the Buu saga down! Trying to punch a hole into it could result in a colossal explosion! Or it might not but its an interesting idea if nothing else.

As for question two, all I say is the multiverse is a place of infinite possibilities and anything is possible in one.

Well considering Goku said he wouldn't know if he could beat Botamo without a ring out(meaning his durability is even above SSGSS kaioken x10 Goku)

You'll need quite a bit more than just universal level attacks

Goku wouldn't waste all his stamina on his first opponent. He was even trying to save energy against Hit even though he was the last opponent.
