Will Angels participate in the tournament?

Just wondering, do you think we we see Whis, Vados, Daishinkan, or others of their species fighting in the upcoming tournament arc?

I don't think, but who knows.

In the manga, Whis stated that angels have to be neutral, especially in fights (except training).
The anime has not stated this yet, however also there he has never fought yet (except training). Or maybe with that alien at the beginning of the series, when he was searching for dinosaur meat?

Fighting not, but they will appear, we have 10 more angels to know, and it will be nice if we meet the other 6 angels from the universes that zeno destroyed in the past.

Definitely not, unless you want pure angel vs angel fights..
Because that's what it will ultimately come down.

They have to remain neutral, so there's that too
