I do remember some speculation to that effect, but I'm pretty sure speculation is all it ever was.

Did anyone see the promo for The Final Chapters on Toonami Pre-flight? We get some snippets of Goten, Saiyaman, Piccolo, and Vegeta. They all sounded great, and Saiyaman sounded (appropriately?) Z-dub-esque.

There's also a Super promo where we hear Goten (sounded a bit too exaggerated, or maybe it just sounded that way because it was out of context), Goku, Mr. Satan, Kibito Kai (sounds deeper than he did in the Z dub...almost like his normal voice was run through a deepening filter), old Kai, Beerus, and kid Trunks yelling (not much to go off of to form an impression of the new voice actress though).

Edit: Did anyone notice that Kibitoshin sounds a bit deeper than usual? Maybe it's something they did in Kai that they're carrying over to Super?

Probably. I'm guessing they're trying to get the fact it's Shin and Kibito across more.

April is probably the earliest we can see listings pop up.

It's curious how this still has not appeared in any tv guides. This one, for example, shows One Punch Man airing at midnight instead of The Final Chapters. I obviously know that the listing is wrong, but I'm just curious to see how they'll show the listing. Will they continue to refer to it as just "Dragon Ball Z Kai", or will they include "The Final Chapters" as part of the title? Will they refer to the premiere as episode 1 or episode 99 (I know Funimation will probably go with episode 99, but I'm just curious to see what the networks will do)?

Not sure on the episode number, but I could see them having it listed as "DBZ Kai: The Final Chapters", which is what the narrator said at the end of the latest promo.
