Well, considering the only time we see him fight he uses a sword it makes sense. And then there's the fact no one ever said it was Trunks sword. Everyone just assumes it is because it's the only sword we see him with. Buth his knowledge of using a sword proves it's not the first time he's done it.

Besides, without the sword he'd just be another form 2 Freeza with nothing to set him apart from his son.

I think this would help him to play differently than Freeza and Cooler. It is kinda sucky to have him with a sword but as long as he has some decent moves it's all good.

Now, I asked this question while waiting for BT2 to come out, but while were making our list of characters, are we gonna play with all these characters? I, myself, only play with maybe a third of the roster (I'm counting base forms not transformations) mostly comprise of the full blooded Saiyans. It's nice to have many characters to fight against to flesh out the single player experience, but I'd rather have more characters that I want to play with.

Agreed about playing characters... Blargh, I rarely play outside of the first 10 or so characters on the Sparking! select screen... Whereas a lot of traditional fighters that have the variety tend to have me using everyone... or the random select, or whatever.

I think Cold with a sword makes sense, although I certainly wasn't expecting it, and I almost think it should be a pseudo transformation of some kind...

Eh..now that I think about it, I really wish they'd hold off on the game for now. People took their time with Zelda and that turned out pretty well. They really don't need to make a DBZ game every year, its not Madden or anything.

That works. I just don't like him having one as a default.

What knowledge? The only time we see him with one he's wrong about the sword. Nor does he seem to have any special skill while handling a sword.

Fair enough. However, they do give him a cape. I know that's just a skin change, but King Vegeta is basically Vegeta with a cape and goatee. Like I said before, I just don't like him having one as a default. At least not one that looks identical to Trunks' (unless he gets one by defeating Trunks or something).

You are NOT alone, friend. I absolutely love BT2, and I feel like I could play it for hours. When I first got it, I took about 2-4 days to unlock everything because I wanted to play as the new villains!

I actually prefer the lesser characters. In BT2, for example, my favorites are Yamcha, Zarbon, Great Saiyawoman, and Kamesen'nin. So I say bring on the obscure. I for one will be loving Dr. Wheelo and Emperor Pilaf.

Haha. Same, really. My list of most played characters, in no real order, are SSJ4 Gogeta (Always with his second color scheme, it's just cool. XD), Mystic Gohan, Great Saiyaman, Videl/Great Saiyawoman, Tapion, Yajirobe, Yamcha, Krillin, Tien, Zangya, Kui, Zarbon, and 18. XD

I'd love to see Appule, Pilaf, and the Freeza soldier dude in the PS2 release of BT3. I'd use all three of them quite heavily. There's nothing quite as satisfying as playing a less character and kicking the crap out of the main-stays.

Out of the three revealed so far, I'm most interested in King Kold...

Usually, I mostly play with Tenshinhan, Chaozu, TaoPaiPai, Zangya, Bojack (1st form, mostly), Uub and Evil Buu... So I like the variety of characters included so far.
