Could Bra and Pan fusing have beat Baby?

Could Bra and Pan fusing have beat Baby?

I belive Trunks thought Gt Pan was stronger than him and for Bra I put her around ssj2 buu vegeta so if the two fused could they handle first form baby vegeta?

1. Shes half saiyan,

2.Goten and Trunks are implied to be that strong because of how strong Goku and Vegeta where.

3. She implied that she could help fight the villians in hell and Bojack was there.

4. Buu saga tier ssj2 is fodder anyway in GT.

It was heavily implied that not even GT Gotenks could have defeated Bebi. You would have to consider that Goten fought Teen Bebi as a SSJ and stated that he was stronger than any enemy they had faced before. The strongest enemy that Goten has ever encountered before Bebi was Super Buu which means that Bebi at that time was much stronger than Super Buu. This means that Goten >= Super Buu as a SSJ.

Considering the massive power boost given from the fusion dance and the fact that even with SSJ3 Gotenks would still not be able to defeat Golden Oozaru Bebi, we can safely say that Bra and Pan fused together would stand no chance whatsoever.

I was comparing them to the Bebi before he surpassed Vegito, the normal Bebi Vegeta.

Pan would gain almost no power fusing with Bra, Bra is not a fighter and is probably not much stronger than an ordinary earthling.

Bra has little fighting ability, so Pan's gain's probably wouldn't amount to much. Considering that Pan never measured up to other Saiyans to begin with, I doubt they could. If one of them were to become a Super Saiyan, maybe.

I feel like there's just isn't enough information about Bra to begin with in regards to her power. We know that she doesn't compare to Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, Goten or her brother Trunks. Pan engages in battle and she more than likely trains, therefore Pan would have to be considerably stronger than Bra. While her saiyan comrades, Piccolo, 18, and Uub are above her, I wonder how she fares against the rest of the team. So no the fusion between Pan and Bra wouldn't get the job done at all.
