What's your favorite saiyan transformation?

I don't think i have a favorite, but if i had to chose, it would be the original ssj, its simple, and it looks strong
I don't think ssj blue seems that strong, maybe its because the color blue is not that strong, i think ssj god is my 2nd favorite, it looks strong, simple, and... its my opinion
i like ssj4, but i don't like ssj3 for some reason, and ssj 2 is just... what even is ssj2?

Probably Super Saiyan 4, if only for the idea behind it. Having the ultimate Saiyan form be an amalgamation of Super Saiyan and Great Ape is far more interesting and creative than just having a sparkier and shinier version of the original. I do have some issues with the the form's appearance, namely that there's a bit too much going on and that there's not much consistency between different users, but those are nitpicks.

I think Super Saiyan Rosè is the strongest form from a purely aesthetic standpoint. The pink hair is surprisingly stylish, and the design of the aura is amazing. Other than that, there isn't much going on, I'm afraid.

Aside from those two, I'd say the strongest form would have to be the original. It's instantly recognizable and it has a simple yet strong design.

As for the others, they all have various pros and cons. I like the contrast between the Grade forms and the normal Super Saiyan, but on their own, they're not very interesting. Super Saiyan 2 looks pretty cool, but it's a bit too similar to the basic Super Saiyan. Super Saiyan 3 is looks too far removed from the users normal form, and the lack of eyebrows is just unappealing to me. Super Saiyan God is sufficiently unique that it stands out, though it doesn't appear very often and the CG aura isn't very appealing, and Super Saiyan Blue isn't very interesting at all, though I can't call it ugly.

IMO whenever Goku uses it (the first time, Battle of Gods) it's a sign he's getting serious.

I'd have to give it to SSJ3. It's the dumbest and least accomplished of all the forms but I think it looks really cool, and I'm someone who appreciates absurdity if done in a funny or cool way.

Gotta go with Super Saiyan Blue. The aura, when done right, just sells the form so well. Super Saiyan 4 is a close second.

Super Saiyan Blue. I'm not even sure why, honestly. Blue isn't my favorite color, so it's not that. If I had to gander a guess, I suppose I'd say its simplicity and calmness stand out to me.

My other favorites are God, 4, and 2 respectively.

I would say that the original form is my favorite, but given that pretty much every other Saiyan character now has that transformation, it kind of lost some of its appeal, so I'll have to go with SSJ4.

FPSSJ. One of the few bright spots of the Cell Saga. Shows off the difference between Goku and Vegeta in terms of training and innovation, further establishes Goku's brilliance as a warrior, and ultimately, it's a transformation that approaches battle from a more strategic front than just boosting up one's power level.

A group of Oozaru destroying planets is what made the Saiyan race as feared throughout the galaxy as it is, they didn't even need any legendary forms like Super Saiyan back in their prime all they needed was a tail and the light of the full moon. There's a reason why Freeza was originally said to just have been afraid of the Saiyans grouping together to defeat him before it was overwritten with the other reason of him being specifically scared of a Super Saiyan rising up to defeat him.

Super Saiyan is a cool form but 2, 3, and Blue are just essentially "*insert previous SSJ form here* but stronger!". I like the ideas behind God and 4, I'm also increasingly surprised with how many people like the design of SSJ4 I've always thought it looks tacky, weird and out of place compared to the others. I still like the concept of it though. I think that SSJ3 was also pushing it a bit in terms of looking dumb but it looked a bit cool at the same time whereas SSJ4 they were trying to go for nothing but coolness and it fell flat or at the very least its design has aged poorly (I was born in 1998 which was after GT had ended so I don't know how cool it would have looked at the time).

Seriously, everything about SSJ3 from its concept to its design has me thinking "this is a self-parody right? " but then it also just looks...cool...in a weird way...

Definitely SSJ. It's also the most iconic and it had an awesome build-up. How I wish it to be the go-to form, too bad we have to stick with Super Saiyan Blue which doesn't look cool auraless.

I still hope by the end of the serie, someway, a golden SSJ form will be the strongest saiyan transformation. That's one of the reasons I like Trunks' SS Rage form. While it might be an asspull (and it probably is) it looks way too cool to be hated on.

I also miss the whiteish Super Saiyan look of DBZ...
