What kind of logic is this? What GT did with the characters is not going to be the same thing Super could theoretically do. We have no idea what these young characters could be like in a Toriyama directed series.

After Bulla is born, that is technically the last thing they are obligated to do in this timeline to keep within the overall story.

They very likely will "pull a One Piece" from then on, with no mention of any passage of time.
If they are already in 780 now, then the Bulma "5 year" statement is technically already ignored/forgotten.

Not a big deal, Goku will likely do something to make Bulma very angry with him, and then use the Dragon Balls to make her forget or something.

Can't wait for the Goku vs. Gohan training to start!.

Hopefully then this tournament is the last arc with the current time before they skip ahead to EOZ. Would make sense for the main cast to get one last hurrah (besides Yamcha, it seems) before they skip ahead and everyone gets too old.

Wow finally we have Bra! Next fillers are looking already very interesting. I hope at least Trunks will grow up, or at the very least have Jaco say the same line as in his manga, where he said Saiyan kids stay kids for a long time to trick their enemies, before growing up to have the perfect fighting body

Just have Bulma said "I haven't see you in months Goku!" Then Vegeta said that she is always exagerrating and Goku was there last week

It's not that Bra as a character is what is piquing interest from people. Alongside establishing continuity, it's what she can bring for Super going onward. All of the moments with Pan have more or less received very positive reaction after all, so who can say Bra won't do the same?

Plus, after all the worthwhile moments Vegeta has had in Super with Trunks, Future Trunks, and Bulma, showing his development as a person who has calmly settled to life on Earth, just imagine how cherishing this developed Vegeta will be in interactions with his daughter. EoZ had no Vegeta + Bra bonding moments, so here's a chance to explore this dynamic fully.

Who knows, maybe Bra can serve as the catalyst for Vegeta to take the spotlight for the climax of the multiverse tournament arc, going above and beyond and surpassing SSB+Kaioken Goku, all for the purpose of honoring and protecting his family, including his new Princess of Saiyans. It's interesting to think about.

Ever since Pan was born that line was ignored since she's 4 at the tournament.

There are Gohan episodes for days now.
Who would have thought after his treatment recently..
Trunks became SSikari it sounds badass, so that's what I will call it with Vegeta beating him up for 3 mins..
Now gohan is gonna train with goku for a full fledged episode, he is gonna show something interesting, otherwise they would just have him train with piccolo instead..
Bra is something I can't care less about but if people are losing shit over it, it's a good thing I guess..

Krillin is also gonna train with Goku and probably gonna beat everyone up to freeza ( cell ? ) And goku is gonna Handel kid buu, finally showing how much stonger krillin is/has got..
If they are showing krillin, Gohan and Roshi in training episodes, they should be important in some way, logically speaking..

Vegeta is gonna get no training whatsoever, he was too busy plowing bulma and worrying about bulma giving birth ( seriously? He has changed waay too much ).. not that I am complaining

Nope, even the uncut Funi dub used Bulla as the name. That doesn't guarantee they'll stick with it, though.

Yamcha never carried the episode he just a big part at the end. It was carried by everyone. Any character can be the main focus of an episode or have a big part. The driving episode with Goku and Piccolo is an example how Piccolo can have a big part in a filler episode.

That whole episode was basically yamcha's point of view so I say he carried it. The only way I can see Piccolo having a big part of an episode is if he takes care of Pan.

Piccolo can't carry his own episode. What would it even be about?

Piccolo looking after Pan is something I never want to see be at a centre of an episode.

These filler episodes should be training for the tournament with the arc starting earlier. They can have Goku do some nonsense training with Gohan and Krillin when all 10 should be doing some serious training.

He should have taken krillin and Piccolo as training partners next..
Then again maybe it's because all who are shown in the training centric episodes with some involvement will have bigger roles the arc amd piccolo is not having that luxury ( just a hunch )

It was Bulla in the Dragon Ball Fusions translation. I'm pretty sure they'll stick with it.

Goku and Krillin is just a throwback. Goku and Gohan has a but in the summary which usually means something else is happening. They will probably have no meaning. Piccolo will have a big role due to the 10 fighters picked.

We just need more information on the tournament. Episode 77 has nothing to do with the tournament but has to be apart of the arc due to Bulla being official. This means more waiting.
