Honestly he wasn't that special to me in Z and i wasn't hyped for his return (but for the plot), but i found him quite interesting in super as he had a lot of nice character interactions with the cast, i liked his PTSD moments, the fact that Gohan motivated him two times to not give up and the fact that he's literally the embodiment of a tragic hero/character.
It still bothers me how op he was portrayed at some points (i'm looking at you ep 64) except the ones that wer symbolic (they still bother a little bit thought).

East Kaiōshin is definitely one of my favorites! Solid design, fun personality, and a cool voice in Japanese (well, Super, at least) and English!
Still not THE favorite, though. :P

The most OP character in the existence of DB but seriously he is far from being my favorite and now this is an odd choice but

      He's pretty awesome, yeah, but he's not quite up there. Not sure if he ranks above Gokū or not, though. :think:

      No fan characters. Characters who have not appeared in Toriyama's manga (Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Super, Jaco the Galactic Patrolman, Dr. Slump, etc.), or the anime adaptations (Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball GT, Dragon Ball Super, etc.) are off-limits. Thanks! :thumbup:

      She was pretty annoying in GT, although I'm hopeful she turns out better in Super IF the show ever goes past the 10 year gap.

He has a fitting design, has good techniques, and actually feels like a goddamn threat. It's a real shame how he's generally considered a joke nowadays because of DBA.

      It's very nice to see our guys trying figure out a way to beat him, and I like how he traded blows with Goku after he calmed down. It shows that he's not just pure muscle, but he's also a skilled and durable warrior.

      No, but she could grow on me depending on just how much better she is than Broly. She's already better just because she's not Broly, so that's a good start.
