That dress(kilt?) and scarf makes SSj Burdock look so pretty.

Bardock in drag; now that's the most hilarious thing I've ever seen. The SSj3 Tares/Tullece looks pretty nice, too.

Ssj4 Broly looks like he has saggy tits.

EDIT: Someone wanna buy me Bardock in drag? :3

Third set is full of wins... Who knew that fakes could be so well made?

I don't want to sound redundant so I'll just say that I agree with everyone else here. :)

Hm... great work to whoever made them. I like the SSJ3 Tullace and SSJ Bardock ones. :)

I like how most of these look better than the North American Jakks Pacific figures.

Wow, I actually want them. The purple haired dude (Vegetrunks?) looks awesome, and is one of the best models I've seen.

Anyway, I was searching around Yahoo Japanese Auctions and saw these, just to add to the collection;

Its just a shame I can't read the "?????????", I'm curious to know how much they are :P

Okay, this one is weird. The hair is too... How you say, much? But other than that, it's cool.

Hmm... Not sure how I stand on that last one. :?

It seems like it was made by the same people that made the (rather horribly off-model) SSJ3 Vegetto one. Those two are probably my least favourites of the... wait, what form and which character is this supposed to be, exactly? O_o

Again, a mix of good and bad. I like the first one, the SSJ Broly, looks pretty damn cool. Others lack detail though.

Weird, has there suddenly been an explosion of interest for DBAF in Japan?

And the next thing you know....*insert dramatic music.

Some of these figures are pretty damn nice.

LOL's at this one: http://img231.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/user ... 155100.jpg

That should take days to wash.

The Broly... The screaming and weird looking muscles does not make it look cool. SSJ3 Vegeta looks okay, but the hair does not suit him. Nice Goku doing Dragon Fist. The next one has too, too much hair. The kid Goku one doesn't suit it's look. Evil dragon's black paint looks like it's melting and the skin on the Goku looks bad. Gotenks is awesome though.

Good stuff! I really like the SSj 1-3 versions of Saiyans that never attained those states, like SSj Bardock. The Tullece under the Tree looks cool, too. The SSj 5 and even wackier forms are less appealing, but still very nicely done for a bootleg.

I guess these figures will perpetuate the DBAF myth for the ... uh, less informed DB fan ;)

Toyble

Post by Frozen89 » Thu Jun 07, 2007 12:47 pm

Those are actually made by Toyble (Most of them).
Toyble is drawing right now the Dragonball AF doujinshi in japan, with the publishing permission of Toriyama.

I asked once in an e-mail julian, to talk about this etc. but I never got an answer. Looks like I was simply ignored. :P

Those toys look awesome. I really wouldn't mind a SSJ5 Gotenks or Brolly in my room...:P
