It's all correct technically. You can call them androids, cyborgs, or artificial human. It gets confusing since 17, 18, and 20 are cyborgs, while 16 and 20 are androids.Anime Kitten wrote:Oh, good to know, then. Re: "Dragon Ball Super" Official Announcement & Discussion Thread
So the magazine confirmed that Krillin is the strongest human? I thought Krillin stopped training, and we all know Tenshinhan doesn't stop training. Have they forgotten the scene in the ROF arc in Super when Krillin was the only Z fighter scared to fight the Freeza soldiers and needed motivation to take them out?
Strange, but I'll accept it.

Krillin I know for a fact stopped training and became a cop. Tien is known to be constantly training, and they are saying that he hasn't caught up to Krillin yet?kinisking wrote:All evidence points to him stopping his training but some people refuse to believe it.omaro34 wrote:So the magazine confirmed that Krillin is the strongest human? Or are they saying that Tenshinhan isn't human and comes from an alien cyclops tribe so he doesn't qualify as a human hence making Krillin number 1?

Those that argue in favor of Tien have legitimate evidence to back up their claims, the most recent one being Super's version of the RoF arc.Lord Beerus wrote:All statements also point to Krillin being the strongest Earthling but some people refuse to believe that. Toriyama's statements contradict the evidences in the story, but I guess his word ends the debate.

I was always one to think that Krillin had little spars with 18 and trained every now and then. He seems in good shape and there's nothing stating that he doesn't at all spar every once in a while. People think he did the same thing as Gohan and did nothing whatsoever, but I don't think that's the case. Not to mention that, as a cop, Krillin's probably consistently moving and exercising. It's probably miniscule compared to anything he's tackled in real fights but it is something.

Only because Gohan won the genetic lottery of having Saiyan blood.HeroR wrote: Consistently training doesn't mean you will get much stronger. Piccolo consistently trains and he was still weaker than a rusty base form Gohan.

Tien trains with Chiaotzu for Christ sake. You may as well train against Mr. Satan considering how far above Chiaotzu Tien is.
Krillin's job is also a very physically active job still so he's not exactly avoiding maintaining his strength and we have seen him sparring with 18 on occasion.
We saw him dodge gatling gun bullets last episode which would still take a decent amount of concentration and skill so he probably does get to do a little training whilst on duty.
I get it. Tenshinhan fans hate that Krillin surpassed him especially as it's rare major cast members get overtaken by other fellow cast members.
Maybe it wouldn't sting those fans so bad if Krillin's only interest was fighting and he dedicated all his time to it like Tenshinhan does, but it's not. Guy has a loving wife, an adorable daughter, a decent job(let's be real he probably is a special ops unit for the police force), a more impressive best friend AND the title of Strongest Human.
I'd feel sorry for Tien too.

A magazine says Krillin is the strongest human. Fans overreact in typical fashion. Big old SIGH.
Re: "Dragon Ball Super" Official Announcement & Discussion Thread
The problem with using the Reserrection 'F' Saga is that fans overlooked why Krillin was afraid. It wasn't because he was out of shape. It was because he was having PTSD about seeing the guy who killed him in the most brutal way possible. Performance wise, Krillin took out more of Freeza's men than Krillin.omaro34 wrote:

The only evidences of Tien being stronger than Krillin is him holding Semi-Perfect Cell using a technique that takes him way pass his limits.

Yeah, the reason why Tien fans are in uproar is because Krillin has a family and a job. He has more responsibilities. As far as we know Tenshinhan isn't married (he ran away from Lunch), and he doesn't have a job that we know of hence he should have more time than Krillin to train.Akyon wrote:Tien trains with Chiaotzu for Christ sake. But lets not forget Krillin has used Tenshinhan's techniques on more than one occasion. I recall Krillin using Tien's Solar Flare a few times in Z.

Krillin is the strongest human simply because Toriyama wants him to be. Its not much more complicated than that.

I see your point. To me him getting impaled by second form Freeza and then getting thrown into the river for dead would certainly be a solid reason for PTSD. Tien never really encountered Freeza until ROF.HeroR wrote:The problem with using the Reserrection 'F' Saga is that fans overlooked why Krillin was afraid. It wasn't because he was out of shape. Even more specifically, he's stronger because Tenshinhan hasn't been relevant since the 23rd Budokai, while Kuririn was active well into the Android Arc. Kuririn was the token human for the majority of Z, the more popular part of the series, of course people will think of him as greater.precita wrote:Krillin is the strongest human simply because Toriyama wants him to be.
