What filler? I believe Noah was asking where the anime adaption placed while Goku drove his vehicle in the original story. At least, that's what I thought I was answering. Just to be safe, Toriyama introduced the concept of Dragon Ball Z Episode 125 through his double-header chapter cover for Chapter 255 & Chapter 256. The manga chapters predate the linked, animated episode by roughly two years.

EDIT: Furthermore, the anime staff & Toriyama worked together. I'm sure they were well aware of what one source was doing at any given time (or they discussed it once, at least).

Thanks, mate. I don't what was in my mind that I thought the anime was in Episode 124 so by this chapter they could take advantage to make that car driving license filler

Oh thanks for the info! I didn't saw that. I forgot some fillers were Toriyama ideas, by the way do you know which? :D

Oh boy, the comments are saying how roshi is as strong as grade 3 trunks and is achieving a new transformation to SS2 level..
Some are even comparing him with Saiyan beyond god goku as base roshi
