Xenoverse featured Gohan being possessed by dark magic at both the Cell Games and at some point after Battle of Gods. Closest thing I remember.

Shin Budokai 1 has Cell Games era Gohan travelling forward in time, fighting a revived Cell, freaking out and losing all control of himself which results in you having to fight him as Goku to bring him back to his senses.
