23rd Budokai Goku was 18, however from that attack list/mention of Shuu's costume, I'll assume that you actually mean 22nd Budokai Goku? (Who actually was 15. :P)
Yeah, it was so long ago since I seen Dragonball that I got the information all jumbled up.

As for the information, sounds trustworthy but I don't like the fact there will be no DragonBall Saga or the fact that Wii has more than us again.

Wii having more than us and no Dragonball sagas sucks. That part of the news better be fake. The "Transformation Gimmick" sounds real.

How do we know Wii's gonna have more than us? ... Oh my, that does sound strange. >.>;;

Umm...Why's it being thought that the Wii version will have more elements than the Ps2 version?

I'd imagine it's a business decision related to next-gen-ness or Nintendo wanting sells or something... I'm not knowledgeable enough to make more than (most likely stupid) guesses though... maybe most of the gaming industry wants to go next-gen, but doesn't want to break up major series that hardly utilize the current-gen hardware? (ALA MK Armageddon)? ... Meh?

A DB saga would be very awesome. If news is to be believed, it seems to me that they just... adamantly refuse to add one for some reason that we aren't being told. :?

90 unique characters with over 150 forms, including many new ones from DB, DBZ, DB GT and DB movies!
With them going out of the way to mention movies, I find it impossible to believe they'll leave out Wheelo this time around; he and Bio-Broli are the only ones missing, unless you count henchmen, or Gurumes and Lucifer.

Also glad to see DB itself specifically mentioned. Desert Bandit Yamcha and the Red Ribbon Army, please...?
Amongst the wealth of brand new features are more than ten types of AI balancing for opponents
This sounds promising, though I'll withhold judgement till I actually see it in action.
Over 20 unique battle stages, each with their own particular specificities affecting battles!
As does this, though I hope 20 doesn't mean "10 day stages and their nighttime versions."
Original Japanese voices!
*sigh* Nothing new...make it Japanese music and you have me excited.

Hmm..some one claims they have new Sparking Meteor info. I wonder if we can trust this source? It sounds like very nice information if true.
That's fake. The most obvious mistake is about the transformation gimmick, the only feature which has been described officially- it's actually about special conditions triggering transformations, like the moon when night time comes for Bardock.

One of the only screenshots shows Bardock using a real moon to transform, yet, he only talks about a fake moon, which is in no way related to the "transformation gimmick" aspect of Bardock's transformation, even if it is in the game.

Yes, the chance for DragonBall Saga revived! And the fact that the Nintendo Revolution has more than us might be fake too! Oh and Atari Australia didn't really give us news, since we all know this. Expect for AI and 20 stages, really hope, it's not, "9 stages, their nighttime versions, Space and Planet!"

I'm not going to hold my breath. :x There's about an 80% chance that that's how it'll be. :?

The bits that caught my eye in that were:
a new Dragon History mode that lets fans select favourite battle scenes, and a new Battle Replay mode that lets players save and replay their greatest battles.
I'm wondering if this 'Dragon History' is the story mode this time or some sort of cutscene viewer? If it's the latter than that means they might have a larger number of high quality cutscenes this time 'round, instead of the pitiful showing from the last game.

And the Batte Replay mode could entertaining. Especially if you make the match look good.

Why would they make 10 day stage with their night versions, when they already got 16 (?) different stages from Sparking! Neo?

10 day and 10 night stages might work. I've been waiting to fight in night Namek... :o I wonder if they'll add Janemba's Hell?

They can't make a day and night version out of every stage. Some don't really have any changes, like the Time Chamber and the space/Freeza Ship stage. And isn't Namek supposed to have a sun up at all times of the day, or something like that?

What about when Porunga was summoned? The sky got dark then.

Well, there is a destroyed Namek. Plus, there's still no moon when Porunga is summoned, so a night stage would be redundant.
