Which GT or other filler character would you like to see making a cameo in Dragon Ball Super?

What about a crossover with GT? Super already likes to do cross dimension stuff, so it wouldn't be too out there to have an arc where the characters visit the universe where GT took place.

Pikkon's canonity is confirmed in Dragon Ball Z Kai episode 151, they can connect it to RoF's canonity of Frieza's afterlife by showing Pikkon in flashback defeating "only" Super Perfect Cell, King Cold & the Ginyu Force (without the allegedly absent Frieza part) in Hell.

Also, Dragon Ball Kai doesn't confirm canonicity of anyone.

Well, it's not far fetched to assume that Goku could have surpass Pikkon by a wide margin during those seven years. Goku also stated that both individuals should have roughly a similar height for the Fusion to work, and Pikkon was way taller than him.

No, but Goku would try to fuse when their difference in power level were enough to try to fuse.

The height is related to the fingers part of the dance, although Paikuhan is bigger, it would make no difference, as their fingers would still meet with each other.

When you examine the next DBS episode (76) promo with a glimpse of Dabura behind Frieza, Recoome etc. who are about to attack the scared Krillin it makes me wonder about the Spice Boys who though being filler gave him a tough good fight. It'd be nice to see them again.

The Spice Boys were good, and followed the traditional "Dragon Ball henchman" blueprint.

You have Spice, "the good looking one", like Zarbon, Jeice, Daiz, Angila and Salza.
You have Vinegar, "the big, strong human-looking one", like Recoome, Ebifurya, Amond, Zeeun and Dore.
You have Mustard, "the big, strong non-human-looking one", like Burter, Kishime, Cacao and Neiz.
And you have Salt, "the small, ugly one", like Guldo, Rasin/ Lakasei and Medamatcha.

The only henchman type not covered was "the big, ugly monstrosity", like Dodoria, Misokatsun and Wings.

The whole point of Kai was to narrow the "fillers" as much as possible and to be more in line with Toriyama's work in the manga. If Pikkon & Grand Kai's Planet stayed in the Buu Arc it means they meant something worthy to the plot.

An episode where Bulma traces C-6 (that antique robot who Gohan met in the desert ruins back while preparing for the Saiyans' arrival) and fix him with her dad would be a nice touch up to DBS.

As we know from last week he's from Universe 9 so I don't think such thing is possible, but let's wait and see whether or not all universes have the same races (If the Beerus' race new character & Female-Broly aren't from U6 it makes the claim "twin universes have the same set of races/planets" no longer valid)...
