Like I posted earlier, Bes was an egyptian god and was a dwarf.

All the God of Destruction could still be related only to egyptian god.

Who said this?
If I'm not mistaken it was said in one of the tellings (Super, movies or manga) that Beerus was the strongest God of Destruction but others are a lot more aggressive than he is or evil something along the lines of that. I could be wrong but I could have sworn I seen that somewhere.
Whis doesn't compare their strength to Beerus.
Didn't Black (manga) said Beerus is the most troublesome of all Hakaishin?
That's exclusive to the manga continuity (Dragon Ball Super Chapter 16), yes. That doesn't necessarily relate to strength, if that's what you're implying though.

That's correct. As long as both sources follow the main points of interest, they're allowed to deviate.

Quite possibly the dwarf god is of Universe 10..
The god he seems to be based on is a protector of good and demolisher of evil..

Zamasu, the future creator was an evil corrupted god who should have been good, and the god of destruction should be 'evil' but he is the protector of good..The ending song evil angle and righteous devil also kind of fits with this logic..

On a side note, the first time I saw the god of destruction's design, I was not pleased, it grew on me quite fast! But the angle, that is still quite an eyesore
The Lord moves in mysterious ways but you don't have to. Please use your blinker

Yes, I agree. The Gods of Destruction should have some variety since both the Kais and Kaioshins are of the same species, Shin. It would have been too bland to have them all based on just cats. Having the new Gods of Destruction based on the various mythologies and religions would certainly add some flavor.

Be based on egyptian god doesn't mean only cat at all.
There's plenty of various egyptian gods.

Like the egyptian god that was a dwarf that I mentionned.

This is possible. You know, I was wonder if this new GOD is the counterpart to the giant GOD seen in the trailer. Would be hilarious for the giant GOD to have a dwarf angel attendant as well.

So glad it will Majin Buu's true form.
I think, and I hope, this will be a good nostalgic episode, I'm happy to see the three big bads from DBZ. I prefer it when they use nostalgia for filler and not for the main story.

Looks like piccolo and Vegeta might be there too! They made this 11 week wait for the arc easy

I made a bet with Alee9977 that Vegeta won't be beaten quickly by an opponent. If I lose, I switch my avatar to Vegeta getting beat by hit. If I win, he switches it to Vegeta holding Black by his hair. This will last a month.

No Cell huh? He doesn't get the respect he deserves :P
What could possibly be worse than getting defeated in one hit by a regular Super Saiyan in the very first chapter of the Manga?

You might be correct (and I hope you are) but I'm waiting for a translation because I remember the spoilers from some weeks ago said only Goku and Krillin would go into the forest where they should meet the old villains.

Vegeta and piccolo ARE old villians :P

Holy shit didn't think about it! So if Cell is missing, looks like Krillin will take care of Vegeta (probably his Saiyan arc self) and Piccolo (King Piccolo?) while Goku takes care of Freezer and Majin Buu.

The newtype description specifically said Cell was in the episode.

Er... Yes? It was on the manga, where Toriyama has more involvement, so could be his fault.
Toriyama allows toyotouro to do his own thing though. That's like blaming Toriyama for GT.
The anime also straight up ignores Toriyama's notes even when they are are in black and white. So yeah a small detail like that could easily have been omitted by the anime. We really have no way of knowing who's responsible for what.

I doubt it, the pictures in the preview don't show Vegeta and piccolo in their appropriate villain clothes.
When Super apparently shoves Goku down our throats:

They're just using old pictures from Super, like always. You can never draw conclusions on what the characters will look like based on these images.
