Who Actually has God Ki?

Okay, we know that these characters have God Ki:

SSGod Goku,
SSRose Goku Black,
SSBlue Goku, SSBlue Vegeta, SSBlue Vegito,
Beerus, Whis, Champa, Vados, Grand Priest, Omni-King, and Future Omni-King

We don't know if Bodyguard #1, Bodyguard #2 do.

Kami, Dende, North Kai, Supreme Kai, and Old Kai must not have had God Ki since Goku could sense their Ki to teleport to each of them.

Maybe God Ki is something that only Gods at the top of the hierarchy have? Kibito Kai DID say that only Gods should be able to sense Beerus, who has God Ki. The Saiyans achieved forms that allowed them to access God Ki. Maybe those are the only ways?

The Supereme of Kai's of Universe 7 do have God Ki there's Gods after all. I don't remember Goku ever sensing the Ki among the Kai's, if your referring to Buu Saga when he teleported to the Kaioshin Realm he sensed Gohan's Ki not Supreme Kais'.

If Dende has it, the Kaiou do too. Maybe they have two bases like the saiyans.

Goku & company were unable to sense Kaioshin in the Boo arc (Old Kaioshin was his predecessor. It stands to reason that he possesses god ki, too). Goku reached the Kaioshin Realm via Gohan's ki & godly assistance. I don't think he's ever directly teleported to its location. Kaio belongs to the same race as Kaioshin & possesses a lower-ranking godly occupation. It's incredibly likely Goku feels Bubbles' ki instead. Dende felt Beerus' ki so God would accomplish the same task in his place. It's noteworthy that Gohan & company could sense Dende in hiding though (an alternate explanation could probably be provided). When did Goku feel God & Dende's ki? The instances that immediately come to mind are when God teleports Goku away from the check-in station & Goku teleports Dende from New Namek. I'm curious if a mistake was made in the story.

I think it would be fair to assume that only the Shinjins possess God Ki themselves. While deities like Dende and God can only sense God Ki.

Daizenshuu 7 says that Mister Popo and Karin are also beings native to the afterlife, sent to Earth to assist its God. Similar assistants from the afterlife are sent to the gods of each world.

When did Goku feel God & Dende's ki? The instances that immediately come to mind are when God teleports Goku away from the check-in station & Goku teleports Dende from New Namek. I'm curious if a mistake was made in the story.

Goku teleported with Dende after God had become a part of Piccolo, so on his way back to Earth, he was probably using Piccolo's ki as his target.
Would really have been great though if in BoG and Super Goku's threat to go to the Kaioshin to ask them about Beerus would go as normal until Beerus comes along and Goku then realizes he can't sense their ki, at which point Kaio realizes that he shouldn't be capable of sensing Kaioshin, thus he didn't have to tell him about Beerus.

Goku threats to teleport to Kaioishin Realm in Movie 14, either Goku can do it (and Kaioshins don't have god Ki), or Kaio of North is idiot for knowing that Goku couldn't go there but still reacted like that and told him what he was talking about with the Kaioshins.

My headcanon got the godly characters with dual ki, the god one being latent/residual in lesser gods, making them able to feel this kind of ki in others but not fully manifesting themselves. On the contrary, the higher gods, like the Tenshi or Hakaishin, only activate their God ki, or have become unable to separate both kis. In the case of Goku and Vegeta, they are fully capable of manifesting both, and thus the dual transformations of Super Saiyan (gold) and Super Saiyan Blue.
