Abusing the Dragon Balls

I've always thought that the characters have failed to use the DBs to their full potential. For example:
1: Why not wish to teleport the other sets of dragon balls to their current location?

2: How about wishing for the wait time to be removed?

3: How about wishing for the ability to time travel so you can get infinite wishes instantly?

4: Why not wish for more dragon balls or more wishes?

5: How about wishing to gain the powers of a wish granting dragon to grant wishes for yourself?

Remember, the Super DBs are stated to be able to grant any wish so these should be possible.

With the Super DBs it would be possible, but it's very probable that all 5 of these wishes would be beyond Shenron's or Porunga's power to grant.
