I have a boxshot of it somewhere on my old laptop I found via Google image seach years back... and was wondering what in the deuce it was. All I recall is it had SS2 Gohan along with Perfect Cell.

EDIT: Apparently, the Boxshot was fake:

If someone could give us a rough translation, that would help.

Not familiar with the 3DO, but if it was never released, it's because this game was craptacular at best. From what little this poorly written ad says, the point of the game is to succeed in punching Cell. It then says that it's not a boxing game, but a "veritabloe" DBZ simulation where, armed with a glove, your goal is to hit some cushions filled with sensors. The glove and cushions are naturally plugged into the 3DO. The release date and title are both "currently non-difinitive."

So basically, this sounds like a whak-a-mole game except there's only one mole in it, and that's Cell. I wonder how the SSJ Goku with the trashed arena bg factored in.

EDIT: This was originally supposed to be the second 3DO game ever made.

A game where your objective is to punch Cell? I'm so glad it wasn't released! We would've had a game that's worse than DBZ Sagas!

I don't think that was ever supposed to be released as an actual game. It was merely an attraction at some kind of event, I believe.
And that phrase on the wall (I don't think that was an actual title) is "3DO de Cell to taisen da!", not "Cell to kogeki da" or whatever...

I heard about this unreleased 3DO game a long, long LONG time ago thru a friend. I though he was bullshitting me back then too, until another friend of mine from Japan said the same thing. It's too bad it wasn't released. It would've looked nice in my collection. :P
