They do tend to release "mediocre" products but I think since super is starting to explode, the key staff will remain unchanged.
But yeah I don't see additional staff moving to the show.
IF the schedule has indeed improved, I guess that the series will reach a point where the quality will remain steady but we in general won't see anything worth talking about (basically like every other Toei animation production).
Toei does lots of high quality stuff, One Piece and PreCure regularly get awesome animation, Tiger Mask has had plenty of great stuff and we just had a One Piece movie was was outstanding.
Toei doesn't just decide the staff of shows, the people in charge of a specific show can try to grab certain people but it's entirely up to those people what they work on. If Super's production improves and it reaches at least average or near average production times then the show will be more attractive to work on and animators will be more willing to work on it.
Sorry but nothing on the series you mentioned shout "exciting" to me. Op in terms of animation is pretty mediocre with few episodes been good and most been average.
Tiger mask w is one of my favorite toei series but again excluding the consistency, I am not impressed. None of the battles went crazy with the animation (not even the yellow devil battle).
Excluding the openings, Toei animation's shows are not spectacular nowadays. Yes they might have 1 awesome cut every 30 episodes but that's it.

What do you consider good animation, out of curiosity? Like, can you post examples? You call One Piece mediocre, Tiger Mask W unimpressive, and lump all of Toei's shows into a barrel. Your standards terrify me. What constitutes 'good' to you?

I consider "nanbaka" and "all out" very good series and "hxh" was also a very good long running series. On the other hand, shows like "yowamushi pedal" and "
Shouwa Genroku Rakugo Shinjuu: Yotarou Hourou-hen" are on the top of my list.
In general, I do not consider shows that suffer from many off model moments good.

In-truth, One piece's animation is not bad at all. what did you watch from one piece that you disliked? i dont follow one piece regularly but whenever i do watch an episode its mostly on-model

I didn't dislike anything. It's not a matter of love or hate. It's just that since punk hazard the episode's got boring and lifeless for me.
This beats It in my opinion. Nothing lifeless about this Piccolo action scene.
I agree but I do like how the ROF clip is constant action and imo better animated. The cooler clip wins simply because the choreography, angles and diverse locations. I forgot how bad the cooler movie looks in comparison to a lot of the other DBZ movies. Imo it just looks like something out of the show.

I made a bet with Alee9977 that Vegeta won't be beaten quickly by an opponent. If I lose, I switch my avatar to Vegeta getting beat by hit. If I win, he switches it to Vegeta holding Black by his hair. This will last a month.
A bit late to the news, but I don't think there's anything to worry about with the announcement of the new Sailor Moon anime, especially since no other details about when the anime will premier or last.
Super will be just fine.

I still haven’t lived down going, “Who the heck is Tao Pai-pai?” that one time I was talking with Ei’ichiro Oda-kun. But the fact that there are still people reading the series after all this time… All I can say is; “thank you.” Really, that’s all.

And that you also have IMMENSELY skewed and comically backwards priorities in what you think is most important and needed to make a good Dragon Ball story.

Yeah, Old Toei actually displayed the tension necessarily and made It look like trouble arrived, focused on good screenplay, more detail on facial expression too imo. Everything feels more "real?" I just can't get use to modern DBZ artstyle
There's a few second clip in the Vegito vs Zamasu fight that appeared to use oldschool quick punching frames, and it looked bloody amazing. Why can't they offer that level of animation on a weekly bases?

Anxiously awaiting another Nashizawa and Itai episode so I can finally add some new names to the main page. So close now!
I think due to how funky Wanpack's episodes can be, I may just give them a studio label and just showcase the generic style that's associated with their work. If we end up cracking them 100% one day, then I can easily change it.

I wonder, too. I asked a 'Miuma expert' and they couldn't pick anything out, either. I guess he just did dialogue scenes this week. That's probably/hopefully a good thing.
