What is the Music used when Future Trunks was getting his new Form ?

No, there isn't. You have to wait until the new Super soundtrack is released and then legally purchase it.

Including what Lord Beerus said, the theme has no official name yet, but the fan community has titled it as Desperate Assault.

The future trunks arc only had about maybe 15 or 16 tracks. If their going the route they did with the first one then that's not enough. We didn't get the first one until a little ways into the champa arc

While there is no official release for the track yet, the fan community would like to refer to the track as "Desperate Assault". Heck, there's actually a decent quality rip of the score as of now.
