You can't actually use the dragon ball's to change your bodies. Unless they agree to it, and Freeza would agree to it. Okay new what if, dragon ball's can't change your body if your stronger than the creator.

Champa and Vados are practically identical to Beerus and Whis in personality. The same thing would have happened.

I think it would be easier to use food to appease Champa and Vados than it was with Beerus and Whis. Maybe the food would even be enough to make them leave without needing to do the Super Saiyan God ritual at all.
