Unfortunately, vastness of life isn't supported. Furthermore, Jaco doesn't claim billions of galaxies. The Kaioshin are not required to be omnipresent, as evidenced below.

Actually all Kaioshins oversees the afterlife, or am I missing something?

I think it’s something I came up with so both I and the readers would be able to grasp the atmosphere of it easily. The big ball in the center is the world known as “this life” and “the afterlife”, and the one who watches over it from outside is Kaiōshin. Only, at the bottom, as though in opposition, a Makaiōshin exists, and governs evil. (Although right now, Kaiōshin’s power appears to be greater.)

Japanese diction isn't particular with plurals. It can be one or multiple Kaioshin so it's open for interpretation.

I just thought of something that may be unlikely but still got me thinking. Remember when Goku sparred Zamasu in uni 10? Gowasu said at one point that Goku's power rivals that of a God. I'm sure Gowasu should have a somewhat estimate of his own GoD's power, therefore does anything think that the Elephant won't be as strong a GoD as Beerus?

Gowasu quickly corrected himself, he was being hyperbolic because Goku surprised him. I wouldn't base anything off of it.

He corrected himself after Beerus got on him because he compared Goku's power to his. He did the same thing with Goku when he said that Zamasu could surpassed him someday again.

I do worry with so many new Gods is that we won't know much about them and they will mostly be use as background characters.

I saw a better quality still of these two GoD's. Still not fully identifiable but more visible than these ones. It seems like one is a bird of some sort and the other is either a Rhino or what looks to me like...a weasel lol. It's hard to tell still about this one. The bottom one definitely looks more like a bird though from what I saw.
