ChiChi, everyone else is too strong for her, maybe roshi if we really stretch it, too hard to accomplish it with just piccolo training..

Now if she gets all the best things including potential unlocks, whis as a trainer and his staff training she could be very strong..
There no telling how much, keep it below SSgod though as we don't know if humans can even reach godly levels

If so, in 5 years it's impossible to accomplish..
Increase the time a lot then she might be able to, we need to remember Krillin has trained from birth, being a monk. He was trainined by roshi in unbelievable inhuman situations, even in their first tournament goku could Poke a huge opponent out of ring and Krillin was just below him..
Videl as of now can't even think of doing that..
