I have The Document of Metal Gear Solid 2. I desire nothing else.

I guess? He would be really annoyed, though, and I could end up with a restraining order for being a pain in the butt.

The Patriots were just an invention by Toriyama designed to distract us from finding The Documents.Nejishiki wrote:I have The Document of Metal Gear Solid 2. I desire nothing else.

Herms wrote:The fact that the ridiculous power inflation is presented so earnestly makes me just roll my eyes and snicker. Like with Freeza, where he starts off over 10 times stronger than all his henchmen except Ginyu (because...well, just because), then we find out he can transform and get even more powerful, and then he reveals he can transform two more times, before finally coming out with the fact that he hasn't even been using anywhere near 50% of his power. Oh, and he can survive in the vacuum of space. All this stuff is just presented as the way Freeza is, without even an attempt at rationalizing it, yet the tone dictates we're supposed to take all this silly grasping at straws as thrilling danger. So I guess I don't really take the power inflation in the Boo arc seriously, but I don't take the power inflation in earlier arcs seriously either, so there's no net loss of seriousness. I think a silly story presented as serious is harder to accept than a silly story presented as silly.

I'd probably be more curious how much porn Toriyama has drawn of Bulma, Chi-Chi, Launch, etc. from his Dragonball years and never shown anyone.

Are we sure "The Docs" even exist? Last time I remember, dude was writing the Manga at the edge of his own seat and making shit up along the way.

I wonder how many Bulma nude pics he drew when he was just starting out as a manga artist back in the mid 80's. Judging by how Bulma is drawn and treated in the Pilaf arc and most of early Dragonball, I wouldn't be surprised if he drew a whole stash of Bulma lewd/nude pics. It's basically the typical new manga/anime artist who is drawing a girl he considers hot for the first time, which is likely what he designed Bulma as.

I'd say Midori was the first "attractive woman" character Toriyama enjoyed drawing often (in his Weekly Shounen Jump days). At least, that's my impression.precita wrote:I wonder how many Bulma nude pics he drew when he was just starting out as a manga artist back in the mid 80's. Not really no, why the heck would I force an old man to give me documents, I'm not that hardcore of a "whats more canon" guy, but if given the chance yes I would ask him if he's cool with showing it to me in a kind way.

I'd want them just to find out who's idea FemBroly is.
When someone tells you, "Don't present your opinion as fact," what they're actually saying is, "Don't present your opinion with any conviction. Because I don't like your opinion, and I want to be able to dismiss it as easily as possible." Don't fall for it.
