If I remember correctly, Harold Sakuishi wasn't announced until right before the con. Maybe like 3 weeks.

Yeah, NEXT has a tendency of doing that, at least on the Japanese guests side of things. I'm just gonna hold off until something of my interest is announced. I'll probably still end up going, but I'll pay at the door. Otherwise, I have no motive to pre-register.

Yea, I do it every year. Arrive early Saturday and leave that night. Though last year I think I left on Sunday.

Anywho, I usually get there an hour or so ahead to be at the front, but that is what my portable DVD player is for =D~!

Since I'm going to Jersey with my family, I'm probably not going to be able to make it all three days for the entire day. I'm assuming that Saturday is the best day?

Saturday is always the best day for an anime convention, in that that tends to be the day where all the important events take place, such as major guest panels, dances, masquerades, etc. Not that Sundays aren't fun too. They generally are a little less busy and more laid back I find. :)

It certainly was the case at Anime North. Saturday was the Hare Hare Yukai dance competition. Sunday was just...a relaxing day. :)

Ya I think it's because everyone's too tired after Saturday.XD I know at the last AC3, our con here, by late Sunday, all you could see throughout the convention area were con goers strewn about the place, passed out. XD
