I don't really get the problem with Gohan training with Piccolo. I mean, it's better than no training at all

Maybe it's just a way to differentiate his design with Cabba's, wich it's practically the same. Given that both will be on the same tournament...

The person who storyboarded and directed the current ending as well as Yoka Yoka Dance. I'm guessing some of the panels in the ending will change today.

I imagined Gohan with SSJ Ikari in the sense of having the Mystic Look but with SSJB Aura.

IIRC in the games Gohan in mystic form had SSJ Aura(Yellow Aura), and it looked badass,.

This is something I want, and him being mediating like that in what looks to be the new opening makes me hopeful since Super Saiyan Blue is a calm transformation (I could 100% be reading too much into it, lol). Basically I'd love it if he found a way to tap into that blue God Ki in his ultimate form and his hair stayed black and he had the blue aura around him with a white aura on top of it.

Yeah, ultimate god Gohan or gohan with black hair and blue outline would look so badass..
One thing is pretty odd, they could have shown us regular sparring as training between him and piccolo and call it a day, but they decided to show a clam gohan meditating, which he has never done before..
It must mean something

To be fair even the hairstyle is a little different even with the bang on..
That aside everything else is different, no similarly at all

There's absolutely no reason why characteres like Gohan/Piccolo or even Krillin shouldn't get to train with Whis.
I mean they are fighting for their universe, right ?
I don't think they are going to win without being trained (except if Toriyama decides that power levels don't matter..).

I would like for all the masters to get involved and help improve the team, North Kai, Supreme Kai/Kibito, Old Kai and Whis.

This should be the biggest arc with all characters trying to help Universe 7 survive so there should be some serious training given by everyone who possible can.

Yep, North Kai can maybe teach Kaioken(this should've happened in the Frieza Saga anyway), Whis can teach Ki from leaking out, Supreme Kai and Kibito can teach some of their Kai techniques and Old Kai can unlock potential.

Why do people care so much about Gohan's bang and keep equating it to his potential unlocked. when it's not a form but just as the name implies his full potential being unlocked. If he was able to tap into his full potential in ROF his hairstyle wouldn't have changed

Again it's not a form and imo he doesn't look any tougher. vegeta don't have bangs does he look soft or less tougher

Oh, yeah! Tien must have been training hard since his various fights with Cell, Buu, Beerus, and later Freeza. It would be awesome to see what new moves he has come up with.
