18 and Tenshinhan at least had a one-second scene dedicated to them, so did Roshi (a pretty cool scene, too). Piccolo appeared next to Gohan. But in fact, it's possible that there's Beerus's race in U9 and U4 but no namekian and Saiyan and no earth for give an example.
