Check out Rocketman's avatar. In the Garlic Jr. Arc, Chi-Chi gets a red aura like the Kaio-Ken.

If a no-name henchman of Freeza's from the Bardock special can be in the game, then why not Ledgick? He has two episodes to his name, a possible background story with the Saiyans and Planet Trade empire to explore (an idea of which I sent to Kaboom), and is capable of owning Trunks and equally matching Goku's normal-form. Not to mention has some bad-ass moves. He's also been in DBGT Transformation.

Well OK let's post a list then.

First of all: GT Goku: Base, SS, SS3, SS4
Second change the last Vegeta in a GT Vegeta so it doesn't cost an extra character, this way we will have
GT Vegeta: Base, SS, SS2, SS4
Since I really like to see the SS4 in a transformation
The rest would be:
1. Kami-sama
2. Artificial Human 14
3. Artificial Human 15
4. Dr. Wheelo (I don't care for him but it would make it more complete.
5. At least the Ice and Nova dragons but maybe a few more

Then I'd like to see some henchmen, but with alternative costumes for other henchmen, what I mean by this would be.
Bardock henchman (just choose 2 with roughly the same bodytype)
Zangya (alternative costume the little guy with the high bandana)
Bojack henchman 2 (the one with the sword and the one that transforms)
Cooler henchman 2 (the remaining two I believe one of them is called Naise)
Garlic Jr. Henchman (in this case probably 3 since I believe 3 of them share the same bodytype.
Anyway you get the drift this way it would seem like we have more characters and get more diversity in the story mode.

This is adapted from a list I posted on this board on Christmas Day of last year. I removed the really ridiculous ones that I put in for fun (Upa, Copper Shogun, the Illusion Saiyans), as well as ones we'll probably never see again (Ozotto, Ma-jin Cell & Freeza, Yamhan, Soba), and will elaborate on some of them (since the boss seems to dislike topics chock full of nothing but lists) Here goes... whee!

-Bobbidy: Ever since I first saw screenshots of Super Butoden 3 (where Bobbidy is there and summons Boo before the battle) and thought you could play as Bobbidy in that one, I've always wanted to control the mastermind behind the last DBZ saga. He could be very weak physically, but have some cool magic attacks. His alternate costume could be Bibbidy
-Mighty Mask: Well, he is in that arcade Jan-Ken-Pon game. And he could have whatever techniques he has in that game.
-Mirai Gohan: Make him similar to he was in Shin Budokai 2, what with the Makankosappo and all. Plus, it'd be interesting to play the one-armed version. He'd of course have his Super Saiya-jin transformation.
-Yakon: Because if you don't include the big ones like Boo and Dabra, they never had any playable Ma-jin henchmen in the games.
-Kibito: We have Kaioushin. We have Kaibito. But no Kibito? o.O
-Aku Boo, Piccolo Absorbed: The most ignored absorbed form of Boo, he was only playable in Budokai 3.
-Kaiou-Sama: He originated the Kaiouken and the Genkidama... plus I think it'd be cool to play as him finally. Plus my brother'd be like "0MG another Sean Schemmel character!"
-Chi-Chi: For the love of Christ, we need Chi-Chi! One of the few DBZ characters that can actually fight, and we rarely see her in video games other than as an NPC in story modes. Since she knows the Turtle style of martial arts, maybe she could have a few moves from that style.
-Bulma: Just because she (most likely) was supposed to have been playable in Budokai 3.
-Mutaito-sennin: I don't know... just seems like a fun character. The sensei of Kame-sennin and Tsuru-sennin!
-Puipui: See Yakon
-Spopovich: For the same reason as Yakon and Puipui; plus he was shown on the PAL cover of the first Budokai.
-Gyuumaou: Who DOESN'T want to play the Ox King? His primary could be his DB outfit; his alternate his DBZ appearance.
-Bio-Broli: To complete the playable movie villains roster.
-Giant Piccolo: Because, you know, we had the really lame Giant Slug in the last game. We need the cooler giant Nameksei-jin.
-Dr. Uiro: Like Bio-Broli, they need to have all of the movie villains.
-Kaizoku-Robo: This minor villain always seemed like a kickass character to me. Of my Dragonball figures, it's one of my favorite - plus my pirate-obsessed gal would love to play as it.

-Murasaki: One of my favorite DB characters of ALL TIME! He'd have some of the most unique moves of any character of the game.
-Jinzouningen 8, 14, and 15 - To complete the roster of Artificial Humans in the game.
-Both versions of Super Saiya-jin Broli: The incomplete version and the true version, even if they're just alternate costumes.
-Aqua, Olive, Frog, Catapy, and Mariakoh: Just to actually have an afterlife tournament chapter in story mode.
-Hildegarn's first form: I think it would only make sense -_-
-Giji Super Saiya-jin Goku: Maybe just as an alternate costume for the regular SSJ.
-Rejik: A fairly important GT character, and he was pretty cool, too. He could fight with his staff!
-Zuunama: He could be a fairly interesting character to play with, and would add to the GT story
-Sigma Force Cannon: They were a large part of the beginning of the Baby Saga
-Rilld Shogun: Probably one of the most important villains of GT, he was tough as nails, had two further transformations, and even came back from Hell!
-Luud: Would be a pretty good "giant" character, I think.
-GT Goku: Probably (and unfortunately) would have to be a seperate character than the others.
-Ogon Oozaru: A necessity! I can't believe Baby was the only one to get this form considering Spike's Oozaru fetish in the last game!
-Baby: Baby himself, not the Baby-Vegeta version
-Black Hosa: He could fight using kicks, a gun, and bombs, then have the Battle Jacket as a "transformation".
-Metallic Gunsou: Another awesome DB character that I'd like to play as
-Blue Shogun: He could use his telekinetic powers to fight
-All of the Xinglongs: 'Nuff said!
-Neko Ma-jin Z: Because the NMJ stories are awesome.
-Dr. Mu: Could play similar to Dr. Gero, only his super could be that he summons an army of his little Gill-like robots to beat the crap outta them.
-Arale-chan!: Because she rocks so much
-Hachihyakku: I just want to play is this really obscure character.
-Dr. Laichi: Maybe him too ^^
-Kami: Initially, I didn't want to add him to the list, as I want my fangame to be the first DBZ game where he's playable... but that sucker's been in production for like 3 years now. Who knows if it'll ever get off the ground?

When Piccolo attacked Babidi during the Vegeta/Buu fight, what sort of tricks did the Wizard-dude use to avoid getting spliced for as long as possible?
And... umm... did Babidi kill that guy with the names from the Tournament from a distance?

Now that I think about it, maybe "Cyborg Cooler" from Movie 6 would be pretty cool...the one that was actually controlling the Big Gete Star.

Also, refresh my memory, please: What attacks did Dr. Wheelo have? I remember his final giant beam to destroy the planet, that could make a good UB...what did he have to go for his B2 attacks?

I know everyone throws this out as an argument but... Tapion never in threw a punch in his only appearance. He's in though. Makign moves for Wheelo can't be too hard.

I'm not saying Wheelo has no moves. Hell, Wheelo is my most wanted character.

It's just that I haven't watched that movie in a while and I honestly can't remember the rest of his moves.

In that case, I dunno.
I'd like for him to have a unique rush move where he beats people around with his big metal appendages. His other could just be "full power energy blast".

Didn't he shoot Kuririn with a blast from his ass?

No, I don't mean Metal Cooler. I mean the giant Cyborg version that Goku and Vegeta fight at the end of the movie, the one seemingly made of wires, which is the ACTUAL Cooler.

Dr. Wheelo could... umm... spit out his "Bio Warriors" and they could kamikaze his opponent like a Ghost Kamikaze rip off...

An "Ass blast" would make for a useful sneak attack, provided you could do it on the ground. "Oh, he's knocked down, let's hit him with a ki volley! What? *Ass blast'd*".
