What I expect good to great performance: 17, Krillin, and maybe Gohan.
Decent performance: Tenshinhan, Roshi, 18.
Embarrassing peformance: Buu, Piccolo.
Sorry if I repeat this again but Piccolo is gonna be used as comedy relief again, he has been like that ever since the end of the Cell Saga when he didnt understand what love was.

Piccolo is the straight man. That's why he works so well with gags. It's more endearing than anything. The old badass Piccolo has been dead for a while, and it's fine with me for the most part.
